I went in to print a poster, and the supervisor Fabio, and another staff member, Moy, were super helpful. I wasn’t sure how to go about it since I’d never had printed anything larger scale before, and they explained everything to me. They helped me email the image to them, making it document pdf and being patient with me. Both gentlemen were super nice and professional, their costumer service made the whole experience 1000 times better. What was just an ordinary errand, turned into a pleasant experience and made my day much better. Thank you for all your help Fabio and Moy.

This place is a rip off. had a letter I needed to get mailed out and didn't have stamps. I came to the UPS store to get it mailed (regular first class via USPS). This was standard No. 10 business envelope (4 1/8in x 9 1/2 in). The clerk weighed it and said it would be $4.16. I told him that was ridiculous andto just put two stamps on it, at which point the manager interjects and says no way that two stamps would cover it. I told them I had mailed letter out in an envelope twice the size of this one from their store recently and it had cost less than $4.00. Then the manager spouted off some explanation that was nonsense. A line was forming and I didn't have it in me to argue so I paid the $4.16 an left. My envelope size isn't considered a flat or unusual size per USPS standards and it was very light in weight. Shame on you, UPS Store on E. Valley Parkway in Escondido. This was dishonest and unethical. Shame on you.
