Excellent customer service. She took me through the Amazon cancel return and restart return to generate a label and email it to her without pause. They opened about five minutes late. There's a large parking here including right at the front door.

This woman goes out of her way to make sure you get the best deal. Will take the time to show you what package you should use and what service you should use. Also tells you to double check the address so there are no mistakes and no matter what day or what time it is she is always very friendly. The customer service is exceptional. This is what I feel is lacking in today's society. It's people like this and stores like this that puts a smile on your face. There have been two or three shops that have gone out of business in the same plaza and I can see why there's is still open. Let's keep it up America put a smile on someone's face!

The most exceptional customer service you’ll ever find at a post office. I’ve had a P.O. box here for 3+ years and I wouldn’t trust my mail with anyone else. The owners genuinely care about their customers and are always so kind. I can’t recommend this location enough!!!

One of the worst place i been to it seems like the owner just gave up on customer service second time i come and try to get paper work scanned and e-mailed when you ask the owner what happen he gets offended and mad i will not be back and dont recommend this place for important paper to be emailed

I've recently used Cal Postal to fax something and to drop off a FedEx package. Both times they were super friendly/helpful. Unfortunately when I did a search for fax and FedEx services Cal Postal doesnt come up.

I dropped a letter through the overnight mail slot and letter fell behind a display! I called owner and he went through the trouble to find it and drop in the mail!

Thank you Sung for helping me with paperwork! I brought it an PDF that did not print well and she was kind enough to let me email her a link, then print a better copy. Had I gone somewhere else, they may turned me away, go home and come back with a better copy. They follow pandemic precautions with mask and hand washing A little tricky to find so look for the Von's store, same strip. LiveScan service says $20 on some web pages but it's actually more than that, so call ahead to verify so you do not get confused with the final price. Also, if it says "walk in" you still need to call. We are in a pandemic so business hours are constantly changing due to unexpected staff call outs or family emergencies.

After what I just experienced at this place prompted me to write a review and read what other had to say. Turns out I'm not the only one who has had issues using this UPS store for Amazon returns. I came in with two fairly heavy boxes that came as one order from Amazon. When I initiated a return, Amazon only gave me one label. Apparently I needed two, one for each box or I needed to tape the boxes together or pay them $10 to do it. I told them Amazon told me just to bring them in and drop them off, that I needed to do nothing else and that is what I was doing. If they need to be taped together, then feel free. The clerk then told the owner what I said and he immediately said, "We aren't going to do that" in a very rude voice. I said, fine, figure it out and walked out of the store. While I was walking to my truck, this a****** owner brought the boxes out and left them outside. So I grabbed them and took them back in. When he saw me he ordered me out of the store, then bumped me into the mail boxes and cut my arm. At this point I'm off my rocker, yelling, "You are making the decision to piss off a customer over $10?!!" If he had even a low level of people skills and tried to offer options, or talk to me in a smarter, "Business to customer" method, I would have probably paid the $10. But since I have a business and offer incredible customer service, I expect proper customer service and communication back. This guy is a compete dunce. Even when we first arrived, my wife was holding another bulky, heavy box, waiting in line and this buffoon didn't even offer to have my wife set the box down on the open counter space. Needless to say, I left and went to another UPS store where the clerk there nicely said, "I need two labels or you can tape them together. We offer taping as a courtesy, but that's a couple strips. Your boxes are going to require at least half a roll. There are rolls of tape on the wall for $4." I nicely walked over to the wall, bought a roll of tape, taped the boxes together and took them to the back of the building for her. She was nice, offered a solution and it all went well.

I need receipts for the Fedex packages I drop off per my employer. She refuses to do it and makes you wait, even with NO customers there until she \"Feels\" like doing it. Today I had two FedEx envelopes that kept coming open and asked her to tape it and she said, \"Set it in the bin, and I will do it later\". I replied, \"I can't leave it open there as it contains sensitive customer information\" and she replied, \"If you want it done now, then I can sell you some tape and you can tape it. After I had waited in line behind a 3rd customer in line for 10 minutes while she catered to some man. I was so sick of her being rude to me that I left and told everyone in line how mean she is and to not use her. She has always been rude to women. So, I went to Postal Annex on Woodland Pkwy \u0026 Mission who go out of their way to help their customers. They were happy to tape my packages and happy to give me receipts. Then I told everyone in line at Postal Annex there to stay away from Cal-Postal. EVERYONE I MEET I WILL TELL TO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO HER POCKET BOOK. She doesn't deserve to be in business and has NO gratitude towards her customers.
