This CVS Store needs to train there people to handle drop offs for the UPS access point. They are clueless so I had to drive 2 miles down the street to the UPS store to get the job done. Pretty sad

They do the very basic there, which is accepting packages that already come in a box and labeled. I tried to take a package without any of that (an option Amazon provides when returning items back through UPS). The guy that I unluckily got lacked any knowledge of this and tried to argue that I needed a label and box. I tried to inform him of this option and he clearly didn't want to hear it or hear me out. I understand they may not know about this, so I just simply told him I would go to another UPS location. Then he got defensive that I now did not want to check if I could or not return my item there, when he tried to argue this in the beginning. I get that they may experience rude customers from time to time and that's why they are on the defensive...but I was not one of those customers. So sad and disappointing.
