What a pleasure it was to work with Juliann and the Unreal Design Team! Always prompt with their responses in the planning phase, we were able to creatively collaborate on our project to make it customized exactly to what we were looking for. The installation was completed flawlessly by their team. They are true professionals and kind individuals who were extremely helpful start to finish. I highly recommend Unreal Designs and Juliann for any and all artificial plant needs. They made our DREAMS come true for our wedding. The project was designing and installing a massive hedge maze with over 100 boxwood hedges and photo moments. A million things could have gone wrong, but they made sure that it went off without a hitch. It was incredible. There were over 120 guests and many of them were so impressed by the quality of the work. The professionalism, creativity, and overall experience was first class. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love the quality of this product! I wanted something to decorate my front porch but didn't want the worry and maintenance of live plants. The hedge balls from Unreal Designs were the perfect solution! I love to decorate the hedge balls to match my wreaths and celebrate the seasons. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Unreal Designs exceeded my (already high) expectations! Juliann and her team make magic happen. We have a beautiful pool but it backs up onto a train track. They put up the paradise mat along the fence and WOW what a transformation. This place literally feels like paradise now. It's gorgeous! They are pros- super communicative, friendly and talented! Highly recommend them!

Juliann and her team are incredible! After our initial phone call she came out two days later for a quote despite us being in LA. We had previously tried working with another company and their recommendation was unimaginative—Unreal Designs couldn’t have been more different.Juliann came up with a totally new way to solve our privacy / hedge issue that no one else had thought of (including me and my husband). We have a unique situation because of limited space due to pool equipment and we couldn’t replant our hedges—this left us exposed as we could see right into our neighbors windows. The solution she provided not only had a significantly better end result, but it was also the least expensive option for us (the least amount of material needed).We’re thrilled with the final product! And the whole process only took a couple of weeks from initial phone call to installation. Don’t consider any other providers, go with Unreal Designs!

The team at Unreal Designs is 2nd to none! I have been working in education for the last 20 years, and I have had my fair share of vendor interactions. We pride ourselves in bringing the greatest experience to high school events that will be memorable for our students for many years to come. Our entire building walks past our first-floor tarries. We wanted some privacy and needed some hedges. People from our building walk by and now comment: “Are they real?” “They look great!”In short, the customer service was outstanding, the product is great, and the timeline to get the product to Chicago was reasonable and on time.Here are the details: We recently used Unreal Design for some hedges we needed for a Chicago first floor condo. The area is like a wind tunnel, so I was concerned that the “Unreal Foliage” would tip over.I worked with Juliann. She was great. Texted me within minutes of my first call. Then we chatted. She encouraged me to tell her what we wanted, and she would develop a custom solution and provide me with a price quote.My expectations were exceeded in the quick and detailed response. My wife and I then worked with Juliann making changes to the sizes and colors of the wood base etc. I expected her to become android as we were truly unsure what we wanted when we first spoke to Juliann. However, nothing seemed to flummox Juliann.She made several suggestions to ensure that the planters would not turn over in the wind. So far, I have not even seen them sway a bit.I was also impressed with the speed that a custom hedge could be made and delivered. She even sent me pictures of the progress of the manufacture of the hedges. I got to anticipate the next text with photos. She may not do this for everyone, but what a nice touch.

Unreal Designs delivered a beautiful product. We hade a high quantity with a tight deadline and Juliann met it accurately and on time. She was super responsive and easy to work with. The faux boxwoods are well crafted and truly brought our whole space together. I am so glad we chose to go with Unreal Designs!

Exceptional service. Beautiful result! I had an eye sore along my property line and wanted to add some greenery as opposed to fencing. I had no clue what my options were to accomplish this but I knew I wanted something artificial as to not require watering and that I didn’t want it to look fake. I reached out to Unreal Designs and from first contact my experience was a great one. Juliann was friendly, knowledgeable, and brought to me several options to accomplish my goal. They were friendly, prompt, and professional and the end result exceeded my expectations. I now love my backyard and look forward to spending time in such a lovely space. Thank you Unreal Designs.

I would like to take a moment to share our experience with Unreal Designs.. We were faced with a dilema after losing our natural tree cover which separated our home with our neighbors. We contacted Juliann and we just received our beautiful hedge which is 76 feet long and almost 3 feet high that went on top of our wall and now gives us back the privacy which we had before, except much better.Juliann exceeded all expirations that we had and she and her team installed in one day and made it an enjoyable fun experience.. We can't believe how beautiful this artificial hedge is and if you don't know will swear it is real.. We cannot thank Juliann and her team enough for such a great job and would totally recommend her to all of our friends, neighbors or anyone else that is searching for this type of product..Thank you Unreal Designs,Steve & LauraHappy Customers and now friends..
