Recently purchased a vehicle from them while on the East Coast of the US. They were very helpful and patient along every step and other than the fact that the vehicle arrived with the driver airbag light on which was unknown to me (or them apparently) before purchasing the vehicle, everything was perfect and the car runs great. Would advise to get vehicles inspected before taking delivery to any other long distance purchaser but I'm sure the great staff at Unique Auto will be able to assist with that as well.

Jake was great. My wife and I called him with questions on a car listing and I felt I could trust him right away because he was candid, responsive and honest with all questions regarding the car, its condition, etc.
I would have been very comfortable with him shipping the car to us, but we live close enough we decided to take the one hour drive to meet him in person. Great guy, honest, amazingly clean car and great overall experience and value. Would highly recommend Jake to out of towners buying and shipping, or to locals.

I bought Chevy suburban off them vehicle in real nice shape had only 128,000 miles on it one owner had it shipped to Nebraska put 1000 miles on it engine shot my advice have vehicles inspected I made mistake now going cost me 5 grand

It was a straightforward transaction and he was helpful in navigating the shipping gauntlet to get the car delivered to me in Wisconsin. When it arrived, there were no unpleasant surprises. I do not live near the dealership so I used the Contact Us form when the vehicle/option combination I was looking for was listed on their website. Jake was very responsive and after a few conversations I felt confident in buying based upon photos alone. It was a very smooth and fast transaction and Jake even helped me arrange shipping. All the paperwork went through fine at my local DMV. Would buy from Unique again, even without seeing the vehicle in person.

Just bought a 2001 Jaguar XKR -- Silverstone Edition -- 1 of 250 made -- from Jake who provided excellent customer service! Car was delivered to me in Washington state exactly as advertised and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We named her Sylvia!

I purchased a 1996 cadillac deville from this company only to be taken to the cleaners.For what i paid for the car 5000.00 I should have had to just drive it. Even the guy that sold it to me said just get in and drive it there's nothing wrong with the car a old lady owned it.RIGHT so far i have had th put new struts all around 1000.00,new fuel pump 500.00,tune up 280.00,brakes all around 400.00I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS CAR COMPANY VERY DISHONEST AND CROOKED

I called Unique Automotive about a 2002 Thunderbird they had in stock. Jake was very informative, answered all of my questions, and was honest in his description of the car. I was able to drive over to see this stunning vehicle and it was just as nice a car as represented online. I had searched for months, and all over the nation for a car exactly like this. My purchase experience was excellent, not to mention that he gave me a very fair price on the car. Jake followed through with all of my purchase requests and arranged to ship to my hometown about 100 miles away. Everything went smoothly and as agreed. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
