I went to Escondido Ulta on a couple weeks ago , as soon as I asked Brian for the Dermablend, he asked what I needed and that I've never had anyone help me like he did then he called on Khyli and BOY OH BOY!!! I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED SUCH GREAT SERVICE FROM ANYONE AT ANY ULTA. I FINALLY HAD SOMEONE ASSIST ON MATCHING MY SKIN TONE TO THE MAKEUP I NEEDED. KHYLI WAS AMAZING. ALL THIS TIME I THOUGHT DERMABLEND WAS THE BEST FOR MY VITILIGO ( I WAS WRONG) KHYLI CAME BACK WITH THE PERFECT SHADE. THIS MAKEUP STAYS ON TOO, NOTHING LIKE DERMABLEND.

The customer service is absolutely horrible here I came in last minute to pick up an eyelash curler and this old lady said she couldn’t hand me my order which was only an eyelash curler, when i had a picture of it and had my order number on my email as well. I’ve picked up orders from here before without ID and all of a sudden they have to feel and touch the physical ID ? If you have your order number you should be able to pick up with no problem especially if you’ve lost your ID.

I don't like their custumer service. They treat Hispanic people differently. I had and always have bad experiences at all Ulta stores. People forget to be kind, professional, and treat everyone equally....
I end it up going back to the Escondido Ulta, and OMG, all the people that work there are so unprofessional, rude, racist, and look like they don't want to do anything, and they even get upset. I will never go back to Ulta, only to return what I had bought. The store owner or managers should do something about it, but I guess they don't care, it's very obvious....

Don't purchase gifts for someone unless you give them a gift receipt or let them know they can use your phone # for an exchange. I tried to exchange a perfume rollerball for a different fragrance but they said I need a gift receipt or give the gifters phone # to them. There's NO way I would want that person to know that I was exchanging their gift to me. Since it was $40, I'm including the rollerball with other donations to the women's shelter. I will be shopping Sephora exclusively for now on. They've always been amazing when it comes to returns and exchanges. Their employees are also 100% more genuine when it comes to customer service.

Scheduled a makeup and hair session for a party. Liliana is amazing She knows exactly how I want my make up and hair. She is quick, professional and explained to me what works which saved me time and money. Highly recommend choosing her.
