“The man who works here is SUPER nice!!! Highly recommend this location just based off of great customer service. Renting a U-haul was expensive, though. Avoid it if possible and find a friend, family, or neighbor with a truck if you aren't moving a whole house.”

Juan has great customer skills and knows how to keep a customer notified when the truck is ready to be picked up and rented. He made sure to not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. The walk around the truck to check for damages was Very thorough. He made sure I pointed out all dents and scratches that were visible. Juan Del Rio. “I rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental and did immediately run into a snag in that the car I had reserved ahead of time was not at the original destination. I ended up driving to another Budget Truck Rental (2040 Auto Parkway) and they ended up helping me out. The rental representative was very courteous and professional. The truck was made available shortly after I got there. I also ran into another problem in that I needed the truck for an extra day, and this location was able to accommodate. It's interesting to see all of the bad reviews but I certainly didn't have the same problems they did.”

“I never knew this rental place existed! They worked with my collision center to secure me a vehicle while my car was being worked on Yensenia and Tom were amazing! Helped me from beginning to end. I ended up renting a little silver Corolla which I fell in love with. Nice comfy and great on gas! Will use them in the future again! Thanks Green Leaf Rental!”
