Recently purchased a vehicle through Toyota of Escondido. There were some large items that were broken on the van Toyota replaced these items free of charge. Even gave me a rental van. What a team! Everyone I encountered had a positive attitude and made my experience pleasant. Overall would definitely recommend.

Erica's service was friendly and extremely helpful. She communicated every detail clearly every step of the way. She did every possible to make sure my car was taken care of and dealt with the insurance company relentlessly. I felt my car was in capable, careful hands with the service team. Excellent experience over all.

I bring in my 2022 Corolla about every other month I put a lot of miles on my car. Every time I go in I am greeted with friendly personalities and helpful people! I especially get extra help from Chris Sullivan he always gets me in and out as quick as possible and has even offered to wash my car for me. I have tried many times to go to the Temecula service center which is where I bought my car but they can never get me in. I appreciate that I’m able to make same day appointments at the Escondido location. I look forward to seeing everyone again real soon!

I went it to get my car serviced and the customer service exceeded my expectations! McKinley assisted from start to finish. He took my car and explained everything in detail, he was patient, and answered all my questions. They worked on my car for a few hours and were kind enough to offer a Lyft ride back home, which allowed me to continue working while they serviced my vehicle. I appreciate the transparency and sense of urgency on their part. The entire process was seamless.Thank you to the entire staff at Toyota of Escondido!

I’ve continued taking my 2016 Toyota here for service even after my service package expired. Service is complete and thorough and reliable. I really like the cost estimate of recommended service they provide after initial inspection and before action is taken so you can opt in or out to whatever is suggested before work begins. This time I was helped by McKinley who provided great customer service and was easy to text with directly for updates on my vehicle. Thanks for another great experience!

My experience with the service department at Toyota of Escondido was wonderful. After towing my Tacoma to Toyota, my service advisor Christopher Rodriguez swiftly handled my arrival by explaining possible cost and procedures. Once notified of the mechanical issues and estimated cost, Christopher allowed me to pick the services I wanted addressed. I accepted everything and got my alternator, battery, front brake pads (rotors resurfaced), and brake fluid replaced within 5 hours. Everything fixed the day before Christmas Eve so I wouldn’t miss out on my Holiday plans. It was a Christmas miracle.

I ordered parts and had them sent to Toyota of Escondido. I am from out of state but was going to be in the area and wanted a dealership to do the work. NEVER AGAIN. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I drove less than 30 miles and the part I got installed fell off. They had used tiny plastic fasteners that did not hold at all. I called, took a photo, they said they were so sorry and would fix it when I got back. Which was a month. I brought it back in. The manager told me I broke it because of my bad driving. WRONG on all counts, and they DID NOT fix my car so I got to eat over a thousand dollars in parts and so called service. The manager a blonde hateful female, was as rude a person than you could imagine, and I had to sit around for over an hour to talk to her and have her blame me for their shoddy work. DO NOT GO THERE!! They are over priced, lying cheating no good for nothings. I brought my car to a Napa certified repair shop. It cost me 100 dollars to repair my car with steel fasteners instead of plastic and the part has remained on for 40 thousand miles. Guess my driving was not the problem. NAPA also guarantees their work. I no longer go to Toyota, I bring ALL of my vehicles to NAPA and they stand by their guarantees and actually fix things if something goes wrong at no charge. Do yourself and your stress factor a big favor and do NOT patronize Toyota of Escondido.

7 December 2023, I arrived for my scheduled service appointment early. There was one customer ahead of me and no other customers. For 10 minutes me and another customer waited and no one approached us. Meanwhile there were 6 technicians front of us socializing with each other having a good time. Finally, I walked up to the cashiers office next to us and told her about what was going on and left. I did speak on the phone with the customer relations representative who apologized. I don't recommend this service center based on my experience.

I have a 2021 toyota 4Runner, I took it in because it started to shake when I turned the car on, I left it for one week they finally said it was the radiator and the fan, it took one week to get a visual examination of my vehicle. The explanation was that radiator had a crack from a rock hitting the blades then hitting radiator. My car never left one drop on the driveway and it never leaked. Service guy Javier said it didn't show any leaking either at Toyota but that they found a crack. They replaced it on week 3 waiting for insurance coverage. Drove it home it smelled horrible like burning chemicals. My husband said it may just be burning off the oils from new parts. It's not my regular commuter so I drove it again this evening and noticed smoke, I will be towing back in the morning. Parts and oils replaced incorrectly. I have fluid all over my new engine. You no longer see seasoned mechanics at Toyota, looks like a bunch of kids and obviously someone dropped the ball and just destroyed my new vehicle. See pictures / no fluid / caps open/ loose / horrible work. Technician was Wade Ferguson. Car smelled and smoked like it was going to blow up, it was so scary, I went to pick up my baby and car was not driving properly, experience was horrible. Inspection showed everything was perfect and done correctly. Obviously nobody inspected my vehicle to make sure it was safe and that the job was done correctly.

Car buying is a pressure filled experience right?Not with Ernesto! He made the process easy. He listened to what we wanted and worked to make it happen! Just honest,helpful and informative.The rest of the team continued the process as well.The whole process was a “10” on my book. Definitely would recommend.

Took my 4Runner in for its 10,000 mile service. Essentially an oil change, tire rotation and fluid check. Appointment was easy to schedule. Service advisor very good. Service was performed quickly. 5 stars for the advisor and customer service.I had removed my aftermarket skid plate so the technician would not have to mess with it. When I got home, I crawled underneath to prepare to reinstall the skid plate and noticed oil around the top and bottom edges of the filter canister. Not leaking (at least I don’t think so). Just poor attention to detail to not wipe it off after screwing it back on.I expect better from a dealer for such a simple job. 3 stars overall.

Got my car serviced for the second time extremely friendly staff. Car drives great!! Convenient location for me. Appointments are well kept and rescheduling is easily accommodating. Great service and dealership.Was a Lexus owner and very pleased with my RAV4 so far.

Inventory is limited, and they request a "refundable" deposit. Good luck ever getting refund back. Ended up waiting 2months for zero calls after placing deposit, found car at much lower price then posted at another dealer. Requested a refund and 15 business days later they began to give me run around to avoid returning refund.
