I recommend highly. My son bought a truck there for a good price, and when a problem with the truck was discovered two weeks later, needing repair, Mike at Top Quality Motors offered to pay for half the repair without us asking, and he paid, which he didn't have to do. We had a great experience and were treated very well.

Spent 4 months looking for an older Mustang in good shape inside and out with low miles and mechanically sound, finally found it here! Mike was professional and worked with me on the price. There were a few minor pieces missing and the center console was damaged so he got me those parts after the sale! It was a very pleasant buying experience and I'm so happy with the car!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN. HE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE CAR. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AFTER 3 DAYS OF DRIVING IT AND HE DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. It was a catalytic converter issue and knock sensor. He sent me back and forth to his mechanic to get it fixed which was a waste of my time and it never got fixed. He promised a warranty on his end but did not include it in the contract. I am stuck with this defective car now. He also promised to fix the windshield that was cracked when I bought it then pretended like he never said that afterwards. He is a very bad man do not trust him. He is fraudulent and sells salvaged cars and lies and says they have a clean title. He will lie and tell you the terms of the contract as being one thing but are really the complete opposite. This issue has been going on since January. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN. I came to this dealership because my old car unexpectedly broke and I urgently needed a car to get places. As a full time grad student, I have to live off of loans so I can't afford to buy new cars. I trusted this man to help me out and he took advantage of me. I'm a young woman in her early 20s and this was my first time buying from a dealership and don't know much about cars. I whole-heartedly believe this man took full advantage of that. There is nothing I can do now but I really hope this review can save other people from the stress and discomfort of being deceived by someone.

Bring a code reader if you plan to purchase from here, you can get one very cheap at any harbor freight or auto parts stores and it may save you from buying a lemon. Bought a car from here about a year ago and have had to replace almost everything.

I had a great experience here, owner was thorough concerning the vehicle's history and no engine/smog/brake issues or serious maintenance needed. Walked in, drove out!

This was a very pleasant used-car buying experience. The car we were looking at was exactly as advertised, not just a teaser to get us onto their lot. The owner was professional and courteous. We had ample time to review and test drive the car. We were never pressured or hustled. We were provided a mechanic's report on the condition and recent service on this vehicle, which was substantiated later by our own mechanic. The purchase price was fair. The car is running great. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Top Quality Motors.

THIS DEALER IS FRAUDULENTLY SELLING SALVAGED TITLE VEHICLES AS CLEAN TITLE CARS !!!!Drove to Escandido from Los Angeles to test-drive and purchase a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was advertised by "Top Quality Motors" as having a "Clean Title" "Clean Autocheck" "No Accident". They had it listed on AutoTrader. When I arrived it was imediately evident, upon a basic inspection, that the vehicle had in fact been in at least one accident. The front bumper cover had a hoge-poge bumper (bad bondo) fix just under the driver's side headlight fixture. The fit and finish gap under the headlights became larger from back to front, and the seam at the joints between the bumper-cover and the body near the wheel wells was not completly connected. They had used tripple expansion liquid foam to fill behind the bumper, and the attempt at color matching the body paint was very poor. The salesman told me "I don't believe that there could have been a front accident, the headlights look the same on both sides...". "Of course they do," I told him "both of the headlights have obviously been recently replaced! They are newer than the car is. If you replace one, you have to replace both so that they match because a new lense will always make an older lense look terrible after a repair!"Even still, because of the "Clean Title" claim, I took the car for a test drive to see if it was worth buying after negotiation on the accident issue and any other found issues. When I got in the car I found that the power driver's seat wouldn't adjust down in the front. It was stuck at the highest adjustment setting, so seating postion was unnatural, and extremely uncomfortable. I took a knee and looked under the seat at the mechanism and found that it was extremely rusty, as if the vehicle had been water (standing water inside the vehicle) damaged in the past! The seat electric motor was spinning, but the rust was impeeding seat motion. Now I'm 6' 2" tall, and have owned several Ford models (large and small) in the past, and all with these electric seats. And I have NEVER had a problem fitting inside a Ford. When I told the salesman that the seat mechanism wasn't operating properly, he told me "Well you just may not fit the car...!" I couldn't believe my ears!I checked the VIN# with my insurance agent after leaving the dealership. I found that the title was in fact a hidden SALVAGE TITLE !! Now I've rebuilt many vehicles over the years, from high end German models to luxury American cars, from salvage auctions and clean titles. Never have I recenctly seen such a blatantly fraudulent dealership operation, with someone that was not only willing to lie about the vehicles that they have in stock, but to further fraudulently sell salvage titled vehicles as clean titles! The local police should look into this dealership!!

Purchased a used VW from them. Great experience, no hassle whatsoever. When you are done playing the games with the typical dealer, visit Mike and Tony.

Bad engine, electrical problems, alarm system doesnt work, pieces of vehicle falling off (glue on pieces, that looked normal until the glue lost adhisiveness, tire pressure gauge doesnt work( tire were deflated at dealership, to mask tire monitor fault) door panels were glued together( to resemble proper functionality). Door handles were glued on with cheap glue.

Mike knows his business, knows some about auto mechanics. We got the deal & car we wanted, no hassle. we paid cash! However, after barely a month of driving the car, we have had several problems with the car. And back 'n forth to his mechanic which is about 60 mile round trip! First it was the thermostat. Then we were diagnosed by his mechanic, that the car had a transmission leak (but refused to do anything about it). Two of our mechanics have identified the problem, it is a cover that was cracked. Mike thinks that we intentionally (or accidentally) went and cracked the cover from where the transmission leaks. The "warranty", he provided for 3 months will not cover the repairs because it is an external component. When we took the car to our mechanics, all the fluids were low! All Mike wants to do is to take it back to his mechanic. I don't trust his mechanic (not sure if he's Certified).Mike is not willing to compromise and we don't want the car anymore. We feel like we're stuck with it now! I will not recommend buying cars here. Unless you are ready to start working on them, and paying for it yourself!

I was hesitant to buy a used car, especially one that was more than 10 years old, but when I saw a nice Dodge Ram in their Cargurus listings, I decided to stop in at Top Quality Motors. I have to say, the car matched the ad exactly, which is rare. Amazing how deceiving some photos can be. They showed plenty of pics so we could see any flaws, etc. But more than that, after talking with owner Mike for just a few minutes, you will know that he is fair, honest and trustworthy. He was low pressure, no sales pitch, just the facts. He actually told us to take our time. We did not buy on the first visit. We went home, checked all Kelly Blue Book Prices, competitors, etc. I printed out everything and found Mike prices his cars to sell. His prices were in line or lower than the blue book prices. He has a lean operation and that means low overhead and lower prices. And he made us a deal in about five minutes because he is the owner -- no going back and forth for an hour. Mike made it easy for us to trade our old truck and he had multiple ways to finance -- not as easy for a vehicle which is 10 years old. When you meet Mike, you realize he is all about building sustainable relationships. Would definitely go back to Top Quality Motors because we trust Mike.
