“Great place to aquire a cigar. The staff, that young man is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the cigars. Very quick and helpful and always ask if you need anything if you lounge inside or out. The only thing I would like to see is just wider selection of certain brands they have.”
“Fantastic spot to stock up your humidor. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about his stock. Spent the time to give me info on several brands and gave some solid recommendations. The humidor here is better stocked than most other shops I’ve seen. So many brands you’ll have a hard time choosing. Highly recommend checking out, whether new to smoking or an enthusiast.”
“This is the only smoke shop I go to! Cynthia has the best customer service and honestly deserves a raise she has a plethora of knowledge, she’s kind, and she knows how to recommend great products without being pushy and with keeping your best interest in mind!!! I’ve met a lot of their staff as I usually go to both locations I have a lot of anxiety and also have a service dog who is typically with me unless I am stoping by on my way to work or there’s something else going on on this day in particular I stopped by on my way home from the urgent care as o have been having gastro intestinal issues and did no have her with me as I left in quite a hurry so I was extra anxious and nervous being in public as I was in pjs felt like crap and literally rolled out of bed but Cynthia instantly made me feel better with her kindness and knowledge. I was already a regular for the great prices on vapes but she made me a life long regular for all products today with her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism and I really hope someone reads this review and gives her the workplace recognition she deserves after the top tier service I received today!!!!”
“I have been getting my smoke needs from Unique Smoke Shop in Escondido for over 5 years. Naja is the best ever. When I need an extra supply, I simply call him to place my order using my debit card. He has ALWAYS had what I needed when promised. He is a one man operation and is open 6 days a week. He works very hard and long hours to feed his family and make them comfortable. Naja is an amazing person....always friendly and greets me like family. If I could rate him 100 stars, I would. Thank you Naja for all you do!”
“This shop is clean, well lit and fully stocked with all kinds of things from glass pipes, papers, and your favorite things. I went in and treated myself to a small bong. It was beautiful and well priced. They were very fast friendly too!”

“They are always helpful, greet me and other respectful customers warmly, and they make sure they have my particular rolling tobacco in stock or can get it within a few days on the rare occasion they run out. Any issues I've ever had with products gets discounted at that time and resolved by the following visit.”
