My sister paid to have my car detailed as a gift. I don't know how much she paid but I'm sure she expectded a better job than what I got. The inside windshield was not cleaned. The back window was also left untouched. There were water spots on the top of my sunroof. The top of the back seats was not touched either.Javi made two changes to the time to drop off and pick up the vehicle.I wish I was leaving a 5 star review but . . .

I did PPF and window tint here.PPF was ok, nothing special, they could have spent more time and did it cleaner. as for tint on 2 front passenger windows they couldn't get it right after 2 tries. (bubbles everywhere) so I gave up and went to another business. at least they gave me refund for the tint.

Another disappointment, another waste of time...Set up an appointment for Monday, 9am, the week before. Communication was at first through Yelp then via text. I arranged for someone to pick me up from the service location after vehicle drop off, and for someone else to take me back to the shop when it's finished.Well, come Monday morning I drive to the location listed here only to find out that the business hasn't been there for quite some time. Ok, no big deal, right? I immediately text and ask for the location of this business. No reply. (Updated, a reply about 30 minutes later stating his location was in a neighboring city, but I had already adjusted my schedule, heading south into San Diego)This is not the first experience of this sort apparently. He could have sent me the updated location immediately following the appointment setting, but alas, negative.Communication is paramount in today's business environment. Failure to do so is certainly is not a path to prosperity.FOLLOW-UP:Via Text:After being told that the location should be listed on Yelp Google et al, and that "pple seem not to find it," he said "we have updated Yelp and Google." Huh? Furthermore, since I posted a Yelp review about my experience, he states "Since you didn't give us a second chance I cannot offer a mobile service at this time due to the quick Yelp review as an elite Yelper." What? So this is my fault? The customer who writes a critical review you can't make good?Anyone with any kind of business acumen knows that rectifying a bad situation can easily offered and generally results in surprisingly good outcomes, but not this guy. Additionally, anyone that knows Yelp can witness thousands of bad reviews that have been updated with experiences towards the positive.What a waste of time...

Setting up an appointment at his shop was fast and easy; however, when we arrived, we couldn't find it. Maybe it was a Google navigator problem, but a phone call to ask for help received no answer. We gave up and came home. Ended up going with someone else.

Finally took the smoke odor from my car. Instead of spending a few bucks every now and then to not get the smell out just go here and get the interior detail done. Also very helpful with other car topics and gives you tips on how to take care of your car

I hired Xavi after getting quotes to do a large amount of vehicles from him and others on Yelp. He was competitive in his pricing, comparable to a couple other quotes I received but his professionalism and communication outshined the others. He ended up washing 14 vehicles for us in a 2 day span and did a wonderful job. I've received positive feedback from all who got to enjoy and he did my car as well which looks phenomenal. If you are searching to detail your car/SUV, my advice is stop and go with Xavier; the owner of Time to Shine Detail. He did my CX-9 earlier and I was worried my kids won't recognize the car. Xavier will be detailing my Camry next.
