Just wanted to say that Fernando from night shift at tillys Escondido,CA did a great job my sister and I liked how he didn't hesitate on taking our service while wanting our sizes on multiple shoes. 12/14/2024.

I went in today with my sister and I was serviced by a sales associate Celia (from Massachusetts with Jordan 4s). She gave the most stellar service and she made sure we were taken care of when we were trying stuff on. She asked us right away if we needed anything and got us a fitting room and made sure we were doing okay. She even got different sizes for us if some of the clothes didn't fit, and in case they didn't have the size we needed in the store, she brought us the size that would fit us in a different style so we could order it. We ended up ordering different sizes of Levis and denim shorts based on the sizes she brought us and the styles she recommended. The clothes we brought home fit like a glove and we loved them! She gave excellent suggestions and provided great service overall. Honestly, I was impressed with the department store service provided in a retail store like Tillys, she was really on top of it and friendly. I would recommend HER service 100%.

The cashiers at this place keep on making my orders incorrect. I went in to do a return that took nearly half an hour to do even with the receipt. I then had them place an order for some shoes they didn’t have in store and they didn’t put in my apartment number in the address so my package was on hold by the shipping company for some days until I was able to contact costumer service and add in my apartment number. Once I received the shoes they didn't fit so I had to go back to the store and return them. I asked if they would have one size bigger and they said it was not available in store so they would have to place an order online. I understand that and had no proeblem with it so the cashier then placed the order for me. As I was heading out I spotted the exact shoes in the size I needed even though the cashier had told me they weren’t available in store. I showed them to him and asked if I could cancel the online order and just purchase those in store. He said that the online order could unfortunately not be cancelled. I just said it was fine with me and that I would wait for the online order to arrive home. After patiently waiting and many returns…turns out I just got sent the same shoes in the exact size I had returned that didn’t fit. I’m usually the kind of person to not say anything as I don’t want to seem like a Karen and I’m a quiet person but this has just become frustrating! Never had this trouble at the Escondido location until now not too sure what’s happening.

Went on Christmas Eve to pick up a gift that I bought online. The order was pulled but they wouldn’t let me take it because it didn’t show in their system as paid. I had an email receipt and also showed the charge from my bank account, but they wanted me to purchase the item twice! It was extremely frustrating that due to a glitch in their system, I was not able to get the gift I purchased. The manager was very stupid and not able to function. I will not be back to this store.

Great store good for teen clothing. Found just what I came for and staff was nice. Took a while to get a fitting room since they were locked. Staff were very willing to get you the correct size or put something back. Some staff were a little immature but they were very kind. Very good store with good selection.

Just an FYI do not use Tillys online. They have changed their delivery service to DeliverIT. They are the worst shipping company ever! They somehow “loose” packages. I shop at Tillys online because I love their selection of clothing and the fast shipping. I usually get it in no more than two days, they are in OC I’m in SD. When I emailed to check on my package they state it will take 8 or more days to get??? Unbelievable!!! I will think twice on my next order with Tillys. I will just use Amazon from now on!

Beautiful store, helpful people. But when you have to wait in line when one person ahead of you is taking 15 minutes, it ruins the experience. All you have to do is call for someone else to help.

Katina is probably the most ignorant worker they have. Simple return she can't do but I contacted tillys customer service and they gave me my refund right away. Idk if katina was having a bad day or she's just mad because she's still working there because in all honesty I would be mad if I was pushing 40 years old and working there as well but anyways definitely won't be shopping here again :).

I went with my partner this evening and the staff were rude and making comments ridiculing the number of items we were trying on across their headset systems. We will not be returning and are extremely disappointed that this is being tolerated.
