The guys that work here are great. Very friendly environment day in and day out. Seems like it would be hard to pull that off considering how many rude customers I've seen while I'm there. Kudos to them and the hiring team.

I honestly had the best experience ever at this UPS. I was trying to do a big return on a “highly ranked” “mattress foam” from Amazon and the assistant manager Eric? I believe went above and beyond with service even going as far as lifting the item and bringing it into the store for me and trying to find me the least costly shipping box option and informing me to call Amazon for a potential full refund since the item expanded and doesn’t fit back in the box. I called Amazon and thankfully they refunded me fully so I don’t have to ship the item for half the cost but it was so kind and helpful of Eric to try to find a solution where most associates would not have cared. He is a keeper and deserves a raise for how he helps people!

First time at this location. I needed to get my ID card laminated. I walked in and was greeted right away. Staff is very friendly and quick. She even gave me a discount since my card was so small. Great service will definitely use them again.

Ali has to be the kindest person I've ever dealt with at a shipping company. My whole family knows him at this point and everyone feels the same about him. Thank you for always being willing to go above and beyond for people. You make everyone feel welcome.

Had to return a uP I'd bought from Amazon that came with pins bent that it could not be inserted to be used. Was a $800 part. I showed the UPS rep the packaging which you could see was crushed that caused the pins to bend. He took pictures to send back to Amazon and helped me write up the return request. Amazon took it back and sent me a replacement for no additional charge. Had great help from the UPS rep in making this all happen turning a very ticked off Amazon customer into a very happy UPS customer.

Note that they charge 2.50 to print an Amazon return label.I left because this is the first time this was a charge.

Had to return a clothes rack to Amazon at a UPS site. Came into the store distressed over the fact when the pole broke, it tore a jumpsuit. Then I hurt my thumb and couldn’t disassemble it all. The lady at the desk was wonderful. She took all the pieces and said they would take care of getting it packaged. When she asked if I had contacted Amazon about the clothing damage and I said I had not, she gave me their phone number to call if I wanted to make a claim. Turned my mood around and I left feeling much better after having such a nice experience there.

I have been to this store several times in the past 2 weeks and am extremely pleased with the patience and support I received from Eric. He was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. I must also commend his coworker Derek. They continued to work well together to help other clients while I occupied much of Eric's time and attention.I have not received this good of service from any store or business in the past 40 - 50 years of my life in the US.

Recently had a five star experience with Eric at The UPS Store. Let’s just say the world would be a better place if everyone was as astounding as our good man Eric. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive and he quickly helped me solve my shipping logistics, while simultaneously relieving my anxiety with his calm soothing demeanor. Eric packed a very special item that was in an equally special collectors box. I was worried that it would get damaged in shipping. He went above and beyond to assure me that he would pack it properly and could guarantee its sound arrival. When he saw that it was being shipped to the east coast he first placed it a plastic bag to protect it from the moisture from their snow storm. It arrived perfectly and I couldn't be happier with his attitude and attention to detail. Thank you Eric for taking the time to ease my mind.

I came in super distressed last night with a bunch of documents to print, and KATE was absolutely amazing , so detailed oriented and organized & above all else kind . I came back today (typing this in store) and again she is just has been a complete STAR! Bless her doing her best to make my life easier ! Throughly recommend !

Fees for packing are ridiculous, won't use ups anymore. 11 dollars for a small box for a painting and another 17 dollars to put it in box with bubble wrap. Painting was already packaged and made shipable and safe. Wanted a bit of extra protection, not to nearly double tge price if shipping to jave then wrap it in bubble wrap and place in the box I paid for.

I came in for a pretty simple Amazon return Ali was very helpful. He took his time helping me when I couldn't figure out the return label situation I also noticed the girl working next to him (didn't see her name). She was very professional efficient and kind. "How can I help you" attitude. She valued people's time by working very fast. This type of work ethic is so rare post-pandemic and I really appreciated the service. I hope they both get recognized for their hard work (and maybe even a raise) !

I went to the UPS store today, trying to rush in before they closed a 7 PM. The door was closed and I was worried that I was too late by arriving at 6:59 PM. Thankfully, Ali was working and helped me with two tasks. He helped me send a shoe return, as well as send a tracked package for an important check that needed to be sent. He worked efficiently and even had time to make small talk with me about my Costa Rica jacket even though it was now past 7:00 PM. I had to leave a review because he turned a potentially stressful experience into a quick and easy visit. Thanks, Ali.
