Great experience at the Escondido Golf Mart today. Vic and the other fellas were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices and low traffic. In other words, I was able to test a bunch of clubs on the simulator without waiting in line. I was especially impressed with how tidy the store was. I will definitely shop there again. Thanks guys for the awesome customer support.

Terrible customer service. Staff didn’t ask if I have any questions, no offer of assistance of any kind, rude, and indifferent staff. I was hoping to pick up a new set of clubs and a putter, but I’m taking my business elsewhere. Go anywhere else but here.

I want to give a big thanks to the guys at Golf Mart in Escondido. Craig and Mark have been very helpful in ordering some custom clubs over the past 2 years because my swing doesn't match most stock items. And thanks to Howard the other day for noticing a small flaw in my fairway setup. A small tweak helped fix a gap in my bag that has been a problem for about 6 months. I know there are always a handful of employees who are ready to jump in help but also respectful allow customers to explore what is in the store.

Vic C. was the best today. He helped me with my golf swing so I can get more distance. He was very helpful. I have always had great service at this store. All the employees are pleasant and helpful.

My husband wanted a new wedge so we thought we'd check this place out. Dan was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He took time to teach my husband about what he was purchasing and what would suit his needs best. We will absolutely be back. Dan is really the only reason I come here. He's a great guy and knows everything you want to know about golf. He's very knowledgeable and takes the time with you in whatever you need. The other people here are nice too, I just would rather work with Dan. Lots of merchandise and lots of used clubs to buy.
