I hired PremereGarage to build me a custom garage in my new, very old, home. It had been built out by previous owners using Home Depot quality cabinets. They tore every bit of the old stuff out. My wife and I told Dana, one of the owners, what we wanted. She drew up a cad rendering and we worked out the details. I picked a tiled floor. Gray and black complimented by silver cabinets with wonderful aluminum handles. They made me sliders and regular cabinet doors. The floor went in perfectly. Then the custom cabonets were installed. They made me a clever gun safe cabinet and installed a terrific sink. All work was top notch. Price was equal to the quality I received. I fully recommend them. In fact, they're getting ready to do our closets as well. One stop shop. Shoutout to the craftsman who did the work. Eric, Derik, Nick, David, and Gustavo. Employees, not subcontractors. All work was overseen by Kalini, the other owner. Thank you Premier. Job well done.

I wanted to tell you how much I love your company and the whole process and the final product! From our master closet to our garage!! You designed two areas I use to dread going into everyday. Now I just love that everything has a place and that there is space for everything. These spaces are beautiful and functional!You started the process with an amazing design and even showed the 3d version. Picking finishes was easy and you made the design process so easy. The amount of drawers and hanging space allowed me to get everything I wanted into the space!Now to the install crew.Nick, Myrna, Junior, Darick were beyond professional giving me updates day by day. They protected my floors during the tear down and install! Cleaned up after demo and after each day. They were wonderful people to be around. Dana you have an amazing team you work with and it was such a fun project. Our experience with Tailored Living was phenomenal from start to finish. We initially worked with Heather who helped us customize our garage and closets for our growing family and incorporated all the needs we were missing from our old storage spaces. The install went so smoothly - Nick was our main installer and we had a group (Darrick, Carlos, David, and Jesus) who made the installation process a breeze. They arrived on time and did a clean up each day before they left, so we were still able to utilize our garage in the evenings. I highly recommend them to anyway wanting to upgrade their closets and garage and we've found that we have so much more organized and usable storage space for our home!

Dana and her team at Tailored Living are the best in the business. This is the second time we've used them for custom closets and other built-in work around the house. This time we included our garage as well. They continue to be the most efficient, competitively priced, and reliable company in town. If you're wringing your hands over pricing (it is June 2022 and we're all experiencing record-setting inflation at the moment), know that you're getting your money's worth and the value with Tailored Living. We hired Tailored Living to do our garage floors. David and Jesus were absolutely superb. Their professionalism, great communication and genuine positive attitudes made it a great experience. They demonstrated what skill and experience in a craft is all about, the result speaks for itself, it looks amazing. Note: The photo shows the floor work only, we had not engaged in any other refresh work such as repaint at the time of this photo. The office and design staff Sabrina and Tina were on point from the first call and supported materials ordering, scheduling and inspection very quickly which made our tight preferred time window work out, to our positive surprise! Highly recommend the Tailored Living Team. Our designer was Tina and she was WONDERFUL. She had great ideas and was a pleasure to work with and correspondence was easy and always prompt. She even made an extra trip out to finalIze some measurements. We went with epoxy floors and cabinets and slatwall. The entire process was super easy and smooth. The crew (Kalani, Tinh, Derek) were on time and professional, explained the process and did a great job. There was an adjustment that needed to be made on the cabinets and they took care of it. There was also a discrepancy on the slat wall and they were very accommodating with excellent customer service and correspondence with Sabrina. The final product looks great and would highly recommend them!

We needed a complete garage overhaul. We hired Tailored Living to do maple cabinetry and to redo the flooring. It was a wonderful transformation! Everything in our garage fits in a cabinet. Dana spends a lot of time helping you decide on what you need. The crew was outstanding! A special thanks to Sabrina, David, Jesus, Nick, Thinh, Darrick, and Myma. Had a very positive experience with the Temecula arm of Tailored Living installing Cabinets and HandiWall in my garage. Shannon from the design center was very helpful in laying out a plan and giving us creative tips. The materials used are very nice and there was a pretty diverse option on colors. The install took 2 days but they were upfront about the scope of work. The materials took quite a while to come in, so don't expect a start date within days of finalizing the design. Kyle from the install team was very professional and they kept my garage clean after their work was completed each day. Now that I've had a chance to use the cabinets and HandiWall I am happy with their work and would confidently recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood.

I can't say enough great things about Tailored Living. Thanks to them I have a new, beautiful and functional garage. I'm super happy with their service, their attention to detail and their follow-through. But as I look back I think that what I appreciate most is the complete customer experience they provided. I had previously reached out to a similar service offered by Costco. I figured, Costco is awesome, right? They must have some really great partners that work with them. Couldn't have been more wrong. A rep showed up. She didn't even carry paper and pencil, brought zero ideas, had nothing to add to the conversation of what we could do with the garage design-wise. It was an awful experience. Compare that to Tailored Living. Tina showed up. Brought material samples, photos of other garages, took all measurements and told us that in three days she would send us renders. Well she did that and more. Even while on Zoom!! She brought not only various options but also a point of view - which was really appreciated. She said, I would do this in "this and that way" and of course given how much experience she has, she was right on the money. She sent us final drawings to sign and we scheduled installation for the following month. The installation was again done to professional standards. David, Nick, Darick and Thinh showed up at the house and I guess the best way to describe them is that they were like a Formula 1 pit crew. They worked fast, to absolute high standards, left the place spotless when they were finished, and really gave me the sense that they poured heart and soul into my garage. Truly amazing work. They bring in partially finished cabinets which they finish installing on-site, but it felt more like they hand crafted everything. Truly a work of art. Do I think Tailored Living has nothing to improve on? No. They pissed me off that they charge extra to use a credit card. I wasn't happy with that. They also didn't bring with them two cabinet handles which were on back order. But given the present supply chain issues around the world I can forgive them for that. But everything else was was spotless. The prices they charge aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and they design and install incredible, professional looking garages. My recommendation to the reader? Give them a try. You won't regret it.

I needed extra space for my closet, and I thought of a built-in cabinet next to my original closet in my bedroom. I went on Yelp and found this company, and told them what I needed, and they sent out Dana who came out to my home, and did the measurements and designed the whole cabinet right on the spot. A few weeks later I got my beautiful cabinet, and no more storage issue that I have endure all these years. I am grateful to Dana and Sabrina who scheduled everything and got my cabinet installed earlier than the original schedule. I especially impressed with the crew on the first day, Kalani, Nick, and Derill (along with Tin on the 2nd day) who did a fantastic job installing my new cabinets. All in all, this company from owners to office staff to installers, they are fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you, Tailored Living!
