Came in for the t mobile Tuesday promo. Unfortunately,the employee Daniel wanted to keep it for himself. Told me the one he was hiding was for the next customer when it had been sitting there for 2 customers already. Not very trustworthy

I was lied to about a promotion they had going on and they didn't even know what they were doing. I went in to try and fix my issue and a girl named Maria had no clue what she was doing was just going back and fourth to there back room and then after a good while just comes out to say " I need to go to lunch?" The manager left for the day as well and the others were pretty busy assisting other people I waited and waited until Juan came to "help" just to say that I had to call customer service.

Horrible customer service. Very disappointed. I went in to upgrade my plan and to buy new phones pid 2000 in full for evrything. They promise me my monthly payments were going to be 211 due to a promotion i qualified. A week after i get a bill of 323. I called them back to help me fix this issue because they were overcharging me and they refused to help me. Jonathan t-mobile representative said he was too busy to help me out. And i went in and spoke to the assitant manager and he said i need it to pay in full and my issue was not resolved. I called them back again and they said they had no time to call customer service and fix my issue.

Always have had great customer service but this place is something. No knowledge and they do not give you the information you need when you port your number. They assume you know that you need to connect to wifi and go to cellular and then 2 additional steps. There's a reason why they work there,to do their job and complete the process. But honestly, it's just about their incentives and what benefits them. Worst place to go. If I have to call to complete my service, I would have just called and purchased the phone through there.

Emily at the T-Mobil store was most helpful in helping me with the SIM card while transferring from Verizon to T-Mobil. Other staff were also helpful and very friendly.

I was told one thing over the phone and once I got to the store it was a different story. Lies, bad customer service, and when I contacted the 1800 number they say the store was wrong.

This location was very disappointing. We were helped by Jack and Juan, but they both gave us incorrect information or straight up said "I don't know" to our basic plan questions without even attempting to look for the answer to the problem. I get that there's a lot of different plans offered, but it's not really fair to the consumer if the business doesn't do it's due diligence and be up front with all the information. Both Juan and Jack said the Magenta plans were no longer offered, but when I went home I saw that I could still upgrade to the magenta plan online. They were trying to push us out of a plan we were grandfathered into and only offered their top plans instead of giving us the most economical plan for us. Very untrustworthy sales tactics. Also, they only had one sales sheet to reference so we were literally waiting extra time because two employees were sharing it. Just an overall bad experience and I felt like the employees were only in it to get kick backs rather than find a client the plan that suited their needs best. After this incident I will be looking for a new phone carrier

Kids working here don't know what they're doing, I'm sure they don't even have the necessary training on how to do simple changes on your account .. they almost canceled my number when I was just trying to swap my existing Apple Watch line with my new Apple Watch and said I had to add a NEW line & pay for activation again even thou I was already using/paying for an existing Watch line!! Also they didn't want to help a lady in front of me who was looking for phone recommendations,, Avoid this store! You're better off going to San Marcos location.

By far the worst customer service I have ever delt with. God forbid you take anytime away from their commission sales. Complete joke. Multiple employees hiding in the back while there was a line. I drive 30 minutes one way to this store from the country and I was told to come back another day nothing they could do for me. Trash ! Avoid at all costs

Great service. I was with Verizon for years but switched to T-Mobile for my wife. Very happy! They have great reception and good service.
