The manager who works mornings on Friday is very aggressive. I have a paid membership that he threatened to cancel. As I was driving into my wash he stopped me and demanded I put my membership sticker on the outside of my vehicle, instead of inside the windshield. If he keeps threatening customers like this I imagine your sales will drop Soapy Joe. To be fair I haven’t seen this behavior at your other locations.

Takes 2-3 washes to clean your car, then you have to spend half an hour in the smelly lot to dry off your car as fast as you can in the hot sun with wet towels or else you get a bunch of nasty hard water spots all over. It smells really bad here because it’s located right where the shopping center’s garbage dumps are which is strange.

My family had the worst experience here for a car wash. I should have listened to my gut and skipped the car wash here. First the area is filthy, a lot of garbage everywhere. Second, the young man at the front of the car wash did not leave much space for the car behind. A lot of cars were just jammed into the car wash quickly. Unfortunately, because of this the car behind me drive into me. After an hour of discussion there was nothing left to do but exchange insurance information. The staff at Soapy Joes is completely unhelpful.

Ugliest parking lot out of all the soapy joes. It looks like that nasty asphalt outside a 70 year old liquor store
