I have been bringing the car to Franz, owner of the workshop, for years and he is a completely trustworthy person. Franz is a professional and knows Mercedes like the back of his hand. I recommend it.

My previous shop wants to replace 2 rear window regulators. It just needed a lifter assembly on one side and the other side was fine. Just slow from not being used for a long time.He just sat in the car for a bit and noticed right away my operating temp was high. Diagnosed and fixed. My new to me 1987 420 sel just came from another shop and had all the fluids replaced, except for the oil, was inspected but never saw that.Also needed some parts for broken trim pieces and my previous mechanic says they have no idea. Franz sourced and installed them. He gives you options and talks to you like you're his only client. But you look around and there's a bunch of cars waiting for his attention.Hard to find a Mechanic like Franz.Will definitely be a customer for as long as my old benz is around and I am sure it will be with Franz excellent care.

I purchased a Mercedes GL350 a few weeks ago and I love my car! I was having trouble getting my extra key and a copy of my sales contract. I remembered the Finance Manager, Moby Berjaoui, who was professional and helpful when I bought the car. I placed a call to him and within 5 minutes, I received a copy of all my papers by email. Franz is the best! The minute you start talking to him, you'll realize he's totally trustworthy. Super super nice guy that really knows the mercedes inside and out. We have a 1971 350sl Mercedes that was in a good running shape. It sat parked for 10 years and wouldn't start. Got it over to him and he was able to bring it back to life while keeping costs low. It's now running great. Franz is now the only person I will ever have service this car.
