Josh from shoe palace in Esco was very helpful. My sisters and I went in about 30 minutes before they closed and he gave my sister some good recommendations as well as some really good costumer services. Would 100% go back.

Mistakingly put up mispriced item, then tried to trick me into buying a higher priced item. They then switched the shoe to try to convince me and manipulate me. My friend caught them in the act and called them out, they made up a story about I a grabbed woman’s shoes (i was in the kids section) 8/10 store, 0/10 employees.

Great Customer Service! Very patient and friendly. Always greets you with a huge smile. They checked the back for my shoe size , and they found it . way more variety than any other shoe store.

Had a little trouble with my Afterpay payment at the register & the manger here was so patient and helpful ! I knew the line was just piling up behind me , but he kept his cool asked someone to help him at the cash register so the line could keep going as he took the time to make sure I got taken care of ! It's crazy busy with Christmas coming up and I appreciate the service !!

Walk in store last week & was pretty disgusted by lack of caution taken by staff. I know its post-COVID time but I talked to three different associates all sounded sick, sniffling, coughing and none of them were even wearing masks. I'd think after everything we went through in 2020 wit COVID management would care a little more for their employees than to have staff in store sick and contaminating product and customers. If they're sick send them home! Not to mention service was mediocre and didn't have my size in any of the training shoes I ask for

So I walk in and the place is empty. That should have been a sign. Then I walk Over to the Nike adult section. Can’t find any help anywhere. Turn around and both the employees are laughing and giggling speaking in a Spanish dialect. So I say can I get some help. The little female comes over with and attitude like she not at work. So I dropped the shoe and walked out. This was a dreadful experience because I kinda wanted that shoe. I guess I didn’t want it that bad for the service to be awful. I hope SP find people that want to work soon. Because what they did was just lose a customer.

Visiting all the way from east coast didn't expect customer service to be so friendly! Josh and Izabella was very helpful from the time I entered the store until I exited. Definitely will be back whenever I visit Escondido again!
