Shoe Palace provides great and friendly customer service, with very patient and helpful staff. Employees offer good recommendations and greet customers with a smile. They check the back for shoe sizes and have way more variety than other stores. The team is helpful even during busy times and with payment issues, ensuring customers are taken care of. Many customers state they will definitely return.

Josh from shoe palace in Esco was very helpful. My sisters and I went in about 30 minutes before they closed and he gave my sister some good recommendations as well as some really good costumer services. Would 100% go back.

Great Customer Service! Very patient and friendly. Always greets you with a huge smile. They checked the back for my shoe size , and they found it . way more variety than any other shoe store.
