For the most part very clean and organized the sales people seemed friendly but the prices were kind of high that might just be in Escondido thing I don't know ?

I usually enjoy coming in here. People are usually nice...however, today was completely different. The girl at the check out was completely cold. She wouldn't say hi or engage in any way. She wouldn't even look at me. Absolutely unacceptable. I've never experienced anything like it. Small girl with brown hair. I still can't believe it.

The mgr Randi doesn't need to challenge me to a fight when I'm in the parking lot singing karaoke. I've spent a lot of money there and wasn't inside. He has allowed things to escalate and it's frustrating. Bridget and her whole team have always been the one place that gave me a chance, but now I avoid because he keeps coming at me.

The one in Temecula is far better, shoot the ones in Perris & Hemet are even better and it is sad this store does not meet standards nor expectations. For example the dressing rooms: the sign on both doors said Temporarily Closed but the cashier said they are Permanently Closed. Not sure what the reason was. And there was a teenager there (he looked more like a man, but he was huge for his size & age) was riding his scooter up & down the aisles, the young women there said nothing to him, I suspect with the rash of smash & grabs, safety is primarily a good reason not to say something but almost all of the employees, (at the time I was there) were on their cellphones texting until a customer bothered them to make a purchase, so safety’s a moot point. They have some good finds periodically, but I’m not sure I want to go back there anymore. I had the same feeling I get when I’m at a raunchy ghettomart, I meant Walmart. But at least Walmart’s level is more on corporate standards.

Wish i could give no star, although i know this provides for the community, I've never felt more disrespected when donating items. I was there 20min prior to donation closing to give away some lamps and clothing and was told that i was supposed to check in and they were no longer taking donations(which after talking to the manager this was not true obviously), i said i was only there to donate and i could load the items back up if they were not welcome, i was told that itwasn't necessary and that i was being a NAZI which i find extremely offensive. The worker also spit on my vehicle which was completely uncalled for needless to say i will go to goodwill from here on out.

Besides having reasonable prices - which you can't say about Goodwill and the other thrift shops in the area - the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. It seems I can't leave this store without buying some wonderful treasure. I bought my couch, a few chairs, my fabulous display cases, a lamp and lots of trinkets. There always seems to be something there I can't live without. ALL the staff is amazing. Joslyn is often by the register and is always smiling and very helpful. I give this location and all the staff 5 +++ stars.

Great prices like how a thrift store should be and the money goes to a good cause!

I only come here in for men clothes. Their section is really small and the quality is terrible. They are dirty, damaged (holes, stains, raggedy) and I wouldn't take for free let alone for $2.99, which is their cheapest price. They are not wearable. Occasionally you can find something "worthy" but they are not necessarily cheap. The women section is LARGE, but there is little quality. I was hoping to find decent goods that's worthy of my time rummaging through hundreds of items, but I guess I won't come back as often. Some of the ladies working there are nice though :).

It's really pathetic that they don't bother answering the phone. I called multiple times and it rang for so long that it disconnected. Apparently they aren't interested in brand new, tags on, clothing. Shame on you! There's so much clothing that I needed to make an appointment! Too bad you're too busy to perform your duties there. I wonder how much you've missed out on by ignoring that annoying ring sound. Hint: It's the phone! You're supposed to pick up the receiver and pleasantly answer it!

Stopped by to check out this thrift store. There was an odor of dirty clothes in the store. The store was not well organized and it was messy. I've seen better clothing at the swap meet for much cheaper. I would not recommend.

Employees are helpful and kind. Paulina consistently is kind, patient and efficient. Today she had two of the rudest, disrespectful women I've seen and she handled it with grace, patience and respect in spite of their horrible behavior. It's a pleasure to go to that store as the employees make it a pleasant place to be.I hope the Salvation Army has a means to recognize exceptional employees like Paulina. This store shines because of its employees.

There are many reasons why I love shopping at the Salvation Army thrift store. First and foremost, it's an eco-friendly way to shop since thrift stores offer a sustainable option to reduce textile waste and landfill. Secondly, the prices are very affordable, and I can find unique and high-quality items that I wouldn't find at a regular retail store. I also feel good knowing that the money I spend there goes towards a good cause, as the Salvation Army supports various programs and services to help people in need. Additionally, the thrift store has a vast selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods, so I can always find something I like. Overall, shopping at the Salvation Army thrift store is a win-win situation for me as I get to support a good cause, save money, and find one-of-a-kind items.
