A great experience. This is an amazing program for Parkinson's patients. Victor and his team are welcoming and the classes feature cardio and yoga exercises and stretching and of course boxing techniques. I had a great and fulfilling experience for my first time. I've had Parkinson's Disease for 20 years and this exercise program is very effective! I've noticed that my progression of Parkinson's has slowed down. Coach Victor is excellent with his workouts and extremely knowledgable of how this disease effect the body!!

RSBSD has been has been one of the best parts of my life since being diagnosed with PD 10 years ago. Victor is a great coach - always challenging us physically and cognitively with new varieties of exercises.The camaraderie with the other fighters is also beneficial. A great program!
