Don't walk....RUN!!!!SCAM!!! THEY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUES! THEY ONLY ERASED THE CODES!!! &....I FOU D PERSONAL EFFECTS HAD BEEN MOVED & TAMPERED WITH!!!WHY WAS SOMEONE IN THE BACKSEAT & CONSOLE???HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK!!!

I recently bought a 2003 Ford Expidition from this place and couldnt be happier with the experiance. I will go on to say, does the Ford have issues, Sure, its a 19 year old vehicle with 168K miles on it. The real value for me was the potential that it has if you put some love into it. For the price I paid, I felt it was worth the investment. This will not be an everyday driver for me, and that give me the time to bring it back to full potential. When dealing with small lots like ricos, you shouldnt expect a tip top running car. Do your homework and make a wise decision. Randy sold me a vehicle that is worth market value and I will bring it back to life. Thank you Randy for the hidden gem you sold me !

My husband talked to Randy about a Matrix on Monday night. It was still available but we live so far away and planned to see it the next day so he said call before you come to see if it's available so we did before making our 3 hour journey which we told them we live far away. Well we get there and the car is still there so we are checking it out and the lady said someone got it 10 min. Before us so I said they knew we were coming and could have had the decency to wait for us. Never again will we go there!!!

Guy at this business was aggressive and rude over pulling in front of parking lot to turn around. He lingered and tried to instigate a fight. This business is hostile to the patrons of nearby businesses. Give your business to one that deserves it.

Stopped by to look at a truck, I found this dealer on cars for sale, contacted them they were quick to respond back to me. Walked in the office and it was clean. They helped me out and were very courteous, truck seemed to be in great shape for almost being 20 years old. Took it out for a test drive and it seemed to be in good condition, they told me I could take to a local mechanic if I wanted, but from my knowledge of cars I believe it was a good truck to buy. Price was reasonable.

These guys are what they are, a sludge lot. They do it well, and are very professional, but just realize if you're coming here to buy a car or truck that's under $10k and has a steam-cleaned engine and 200k miles, it's probably got a few issues. They cleaned it up to look and run great today, but definitely take anything you buy here to a mechanic you trust, and don't buy anything here unless you're ready to spent a little fixing it up. Don't get me wrong, Randy's a great guy, but he's selling you a serviceable car, not a perfect one to be a daily driver for your college-bound kid.

Got my first car from this dealership, a 2006 Chevy Equinox, and the motor blew up before I even was able to put 2,000 miles on it. Not only that, but the brakes started giving out the week after I got it. Awful experience, and now the repair is gonna be the exact same that I spent on the car. If you get a car from this dealership, please get it inspected by a real mechanic, because the mechanics here obviously don't check everything they should. What kind of used auto dealership doesn't check the brakes before selling a car ???

I bought an SVU from here, I'm a single mom and stressed I needed a good vehicle for me and my girls. I have had the car less than 1 year and 5 months, only 2 months after purchase I found out that the working A/C was just filled before sell to give th appearance of working, it has leaks and would cost $1, 200 to repair. All of my oils are leaking and just had janky patches to make it seem fine, we are talking rear differential, engine, etc. Rotators and brakes were bad when I had them checked 2 months after purchase. He had assured me that they were good, had just been replaced. The mechanic told me that honestly with all the repairs this car needs it isn't worth the money I would have to put in to it. I am now looking at having to buy another car only a year and 5 months later. Very pricey mistake going here. Randy seemed trustworthy and like a family man but seems like he is just out to scam people out of their money. I really had faith in him when I met him.

Got a older CRV. Although it was a older model they really took care of the vehicle with full detailing and complete tone up. The owner Randy didn't push the sale and worked with me on numbers. The motor of the front driver window was not working and they took care of it free of charge, Randy guaranteed any issues with the vehicle within the first month they will take care of and he kept his word. When it comes to used car dealers I couldn't find any other one I trust in the area.

*Purchase at your own risk*I test drove a ‘02 Chevy Duramax and for the most part the truck was very clean. I found little rust on the Chassis, the interior was 8/10 spotless and little damage to the seats, engine sounded amazing and I could hardly find anything wrong with the truck after driving her around for almost an hour. After sleeping on it I talked to Randy the next day and decided to purchase the truck. Now some background on me is that I am a educated diesel mechanic with 4 years of experience doing regular PMCS so this truck passed my initial inspection with flying colors but of course it was all short lived. 2 days after I changed the oil which was 2 weeks after I purchased the truck I noticed I was having blue smoke coming out of my exhaust. (Yes I used 15/40 for you gear heads out there) The dealer tried to help me out when I noted the issues I was having but kept misdiagnosing my truck suggesting I buy a new turbo (900$) and offered to install it and giving me a “discount” on labor (450$) and it still didn’t fix my truck. Lo and behold I took the truck to a professional and after careful diagnosis and inspection found proof that not only did the dealers mechanic fail to swap the injectors like the dealer said they did but also hid several error codes from my message Board. So in total I bought the truck for $14K after taxes and immediately turned around and dropped another $6K in repairs out of my own pocket. Long story short: stay away from this dealership and spend the extra money on a warranty.
