Our club kept our 36' canoe trailer at Reidy Creek Outdoor Storage for about 4 years. We knew that the outdoor storage was a dirt lot but we never had a problem getting our trailer in or out of our space. In all our communications with Ed, the owner, he was always very responsive and friendly. We liked having any time access to our trailer and never had a problem or issue. It was exactly what we needed, was reasonably priced.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is due to having no physical security such as a fence or gate and restricted access to the lot. It is out of sight from the main road but still not protected from intruders. I did not have any issues though.

Thank you Ed, I haven't even bought the trailer yet- just trying to budget the storage into the cost of the trailer so just needed an idea of the cost.- You are the only one out of 10 businesses that responded on yelp that gave me a cost. The other 9 wanted me to call back to talk about it. When I buy it, I'm going to you! Thanks again

I needed a reasonably priced RV storage for my 20 foot RV. This place was a great price and safe for the RV. The staff was kind and responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Thanks so much.

We had the worst experience with Reidy Creek Storage. The owner was very responsive until we paid for our spot. After that he was very unresponsive and difficult to get help from. When we arrived to park our trailer our spot was filled with the owners stuff. After we let him know, instead of offering to move his stuff he only offered for us to come back the next day or move it ourselves with his forklift! Even though he was next door watching on his cameras the entire time! We have a very large trainer and decided to move it ourselves because we were not going to drive it back again through the difficult access roads. By the time we moved all his stuff it was getting dark and it was taking time to park our trailer. He kept calling and criticizing us for not parking quickly, which made the stressful situation even worse. Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had with customer service!

Owner is a bit of a miser and penny pincher. Slots are muddy and every other neighboring spot is filled with rundown junk yard vehicles. Only recommend if this is your absolute last ditch effort to store your vehicle/boat.

Really nice owner and a good value. It's a little difficult to find and he took my call and even FaceTimed with me to help me find the lot. Very happy to have found a place for my trailer that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thanks Ed!

Finding this storage was a great blessing for us! We stored 2 different travel trailers here, and both were accommodated easily with a more than fair price. Every where else was much more expensive. The family that runs this is so sweet and kind. The owner, Ed, had called me letting me know our cover blew off and he fixed it for us but also letting us know he checked out our rig after seeing our kayak and thinking it was a homeless person on our roof! That made me feel very secure and that our rig was safe and looked out for. They also send out notices if the lot is extremely muddy- its just nice to have storage who looks out for it customers. We had a spot that was close to their other business, so at times during coming and going, we had to find someone to move the bins so we can park. Its also very dusty, so no sandals! I learned that the hard way. The location is perfect, its hidden and its accessible to come and go as you please, which was nice to not have to schedule our arrival/departure ahead of time.

Have maintained 2 sites at Reidy Creek for the last few years. Ed and family are always super positive and very helpful. They are priced more than fair against the market, and it's actually a pleasant drive to their location. I will never forget I went out there once just to pull my dirtbike out of my toyhauler. Ed noticed the strange tire tracks toward the rear of my trailer and emailed me a picture JUST to make sure it was me who had taken the bike out. I can't think of another lot owner would even notice something like that, let alone check on a customer that way. That is how you do business. I will be back in there as soon as my new boat arrives.

Highly recommend this family-owned storage facility in desirable location with very competitive pricing. One of the few storage facilities that accepts older (20+ years) vehicles that are kept in reasonably good condition. Plenty of privacy, shielded from road. On-site friendly, courteous supervision, fair, willing to assist. A pleasure to do business with.
