You call their customer hotline and get directed to “Jessica,” called many times, many different days and time of days. They never seem to pick up. Really don’t see this company prospering when calls cannot be answered. Terrible services

This place is listed as an office, but it also contains a storefront for their products.
As a food service worker, I am dedicated to taking care of my feet. After a plumber friend of mine recommended Redback, I popped over to see what was up. The person behind the counter was friendly and incredibly helpful as I worked my way through their selection and I left the building very satisfied with my purchase.
I also interacted with one other person in the building, who came in from another room while I was waiting for the receptionist to bring me a pair of boots to try. I was immediately asked if I was currently being helped, and that was honestly really refreshing! Great office with great people, and fantastic quality products!

Only had my boots for about a week and a half, but the break in time was super fast. I love these boots. I do landscape maintenance and they are the most comfortable boots I've tried. Perfect for what I do, they are almost as comfortable as a pair of sneakers. If these hold up as advertised, I will be purchasing again.

I love the steel toe boots. I have ordered my 7th pair. Because of the markup from other retailers I have started ordering from the website. Problem, ordering off the website. There needs to be some Q&A. I order size 14US (13EU) and (this has happened twice now) they ship size 13US in a box that is marked 13EU (14US). Someone needs to start doing quality checks!

As a chef and someone who knows good footwear these boots are poorly made. Huge tear near the sole after only 6 months. They are now trash and a waste of money. Now I get the short warranty they offer. I will spend $20 more for bloodstones and get a better boot with a lifetime warranty,

I found the RedBack Boot store by pure luck while in Escondido running errands. It was my lucky day!!! Small store , not an overwhelming selection of boots . Robin was very helpful . Unlike most workbook stores they had my size in every style of boot on display. I work outdoors and I have tried Redwings, Bates, and Danner boots. They last a year working in the desert heat. I purchased the Slip on Great Barrier boot. No break in time. Fit like a glove . Never had slip on boots before , after a week I had a small blister on the back of my foot. The blisters were gone after week 2 and the boots are still worn today. The stitching is perfect on both boots . One review complained about the high price of the boot. I have paid $250 for Danner boots made in USA . Garbage. Redwings $240 , soles falling off in a year! Sure they will resole them for $ 90 . I found my invoice from 11/5/2019 . It’s time to make another purchase from RedBack . I’m getting the lace up Outland boot this time.. I will add my review after wearing them a few months. You guys rock . My feet thank you.

Since I discovered these boots I have not bought another brand. These are sooo comfortable and last a long time! I wear them for work, casual, and even to church; and everything in between. Cannot recommend these enough!
