Highly recommend Quality Chevrolet. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them. They have great prices and the response time is on point. I have been in the market for a Tahoe for sometime now and have dealt with quite a few local dealerships. Link Dixon from Quality Chevrolet is truly the only one that I would recommend. Half of the other dealerships didn't even follow up with me after an inquiry. Link was on it from the get go. He worked through some credit issues. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted, called me the day it hit the lot and got me to a payment that I was comfortable with. He was incredibly patient and helpful from start to finish. I appreciate all he did for me very much. HIGHLY recommend!

Prior to taking my car here everything worked fine. Reason I towed my car here was because I bought it used at a dealership and it only had one key and my key battery died. So trying to start my car turned on anti theft mode preventing it from starting again, which Chevy recommended I get a brand new key fob which I did. Juan helped me out and was helpful at first. However, I picked up my car and my A/C and defrosters wouldn't turn on at all. They were closed for the day but Juan told me to bring my car in next week and they'll take a look at it. When I took it in Juan said his team found that the air or fan blower was out and that it was $1,800 to replace. I said that's impossible because it was working fine. He ensures that it just goes out from time to time. I said it has to be an electric issue because they have to reprogram the car to get in sync with the new key fob. He says his team did nothing wrong to cause this issue and that it's not an electric issue. I felt in my gut he was giving me the run around and did not want to take responsibility so I took my car to my friends shop in San Marcos. He took a look and found that when he provided electric charge to the fan blower, it worked perfectly fine but the fuse board he noticed one of the fuses to power the fan blower was missing. He said Chevy could've accidentally took it out while reprogramming the remote. Luckily he was a good friend and was able to fix this issue for me and no I did not pay $1800. I paid $250. I'm thankful I listened to my gut and didn't fall for Juan's BS. This happened in the Summer, and the heat was intolerable without A/C. It sucked. Wished there was more accountability on Juan's end but what can you do. Hopefully everyone learns from my experience and explore other options from other businesses you can trust before trusting Quality Chevrolet to take care of you.

I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service I received at Quality Chevrolet. We happily own a 2017 Tahoe LT, which we use for family road trips. It's a very comfortable SUV equipped with several safety features. One in particular is a feature that alerts the driver when traffic in front starts to brake or if you drift out of your lane. In May, we drove to 3 National Parks in Utah, and everything was working great. While driving back home, I noticed the lane keep assist safety feature had stopped working. The front parking sensors were also malfunctioning. As soon as we returned home, I made an appointment to bring the Tahoe in for repairs. They scheduled the appointment a month out. I ended up having to cancel the appointment due to my wife needing surgery. I took the Tahoe in on July 28th and met with the service advisor Nick. After not hearing from Nick for several days, I called him and left messages. After the 5th day, I called and told the receptionist I had left messages for Nick and hadn't heard from him. A short time later, I received a call from a service representative who informed me Nick was no longer working there and asked why myvTahoe was there. I explained to him what the issues were, and he told me they would be diagnosing the issues. The following day, I received a call. The service advisor told me the lane keep assist camera wasn't working and needed to be replaced. Two weeks later, my tahoe was supposedly ready. When I picked up the car, it was dirty with dirt from sitting on their lot. I paid for the repairs and drove to the carwash. I then took it for a test drive and noticed the issue was not corrected. The lane departure assist was not alerting me when the car drifted out of the lane. I immediately called the service representative, and he asked me to return it the next day. When I took it back, the technician went on a test drive with me and agreed the issue was still present. He also noticed the front parking sensors weren't sensing objects. I left the tahoe for another week. I was called and told the camera needed calibration. A couple of days later, I was called and advised my car was ready. When I arrived, I was told it had been repaired, and the shop foreman had test driven it. I left the dealership and test drove it to find the symptom was worse. I called the service representative to inform him the problem still existed and was worse. He said the service manager would go on a test drive the following day. The following day, the service manager went on a test drive with me and confirmed there was an issue. He told me to take the car home and said he would be contacting a Chevrolet engineer. Several days later, I was called by the service representative, who told me the engineer said there was a software update that caused the issue and couldn't be corrected. He also told me I could take it to another dealership. A new camera that I paid for was installed to correct the issue, and now I'm essentially being told that the safety feature was eliminated by a software update?? The only option I was given was to take it to a different dealership. In other words, we diagnosed the problem, charged me for the repair, and returned my car to me unrepaired. I'm very disappointed!!

I’d like to begin by thanking Eddie and Ed. Eddie was absolutely wonderful. He was great at answering all my questions. Responding promptly to all my calls and texts. He was also efficient at having everything ready for me and easy for me to process. I really do appreciate the Customer Service effort that Eddie made, to make sure I got what I wanted and was ready for me to drive off the lot with my new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership is very professional and really awesome. Thank you again Eddie and Ed for making it happen for me to have my dream vehicle!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !! Used to be good, but I have now put over $4000 in repairs in less than a year into my car and not only was I stranded in a parking lot because my car wouldn't start but now my check engine light is back on less than 5 months since I had my car in for a check engine light. I have put thousands into my 16 Cruze. Not a massive Silverado or Suburban, a sedan! They used to be trustworthy, but this last year has told me something different.Last time I took my car in, it was over two hundred dollars to run a diagnostic, yet all they did was hook a reader up to my car and tell me exactly what I told them the reader that I have said. That was just to tell me what I already knew. I used to be able to justify how much I was paying to take my car to them, but now they aren't even actually fixing the problem. Seems like they are just trying to get people to come back. You will be better at one of the other mechanics in Escondido. You will pay less and might actually have a car that runs.

My review is for Sales Rep., Yadhira. She was 1st of all very patient with me throughout what turned out to be over 6 hours of shopping at the dealership. She showed me all of the vehicles, new and used, within my price range, and had no hesitation in asking if I wanted to test drive or learn more about the vehicles. She did her job very well, from start to finish, and it showed that she has many years of experience there and from previous dealerships. She was funny and charismatic too. Very welcoming making sure I had water or snacks as well. After my experience with her, I went ahead and referred many friends and family to her, and a few have successfully purchased a car there because of her.

My wife and I bought a car from Link Dixon at Quality and this is one of the best experiences we ever had. We took over a year to finally buy a car but Link was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. We were welcoming our third child and he was MORE than understanding and worked with us all the way through the end. Specifically when it came to the warranties and showing us the diff options and payment options . I plan on referring people to them bc of the low prices and the discounts on top of that..
