I saw the car I was looking at posted on Prime's website. I drove from San Francisco to Escondido immediately. I traded in my car and was on the road back to SF within a couple of hours!The guys at this place are super friendly, helpful and just all around great guys. A week later and I LOVE my car!! Literally could not be happier!!

They buy their cars from auctions so they don’t know if they have prior accidents under it or maybe they do and simply repair the vehicle. Anyways, cars have frame damage so make sure to look out for that. I wouldn’t buy from here.

Prime Auto Solution was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. Everyone there was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have been quick to respond to questions since picking up my car and have a wonderful selection of vehicles. I would definitely buy from them again.

Only car dealer that didn't pressure me to buy before leaving. I said I'd do my due diligence after having test driven an Audi A6, and two days later I came back and purchased my first car. Artem is honest, trustworthy, and was very helpful in sorting out logistics like getting a car loan and auto insurance in the middle of the labor day weekend.Now is definitely not a great time to have to buy a car with inflation and lack of supply driving up car prices like no other. That being said, prime auto was seemingly the only dealer that was selling cars close to the KBB value, and for that honesty they deserve to be rewarded with your buisness.All in all, I absolutely love my new car and intend to drive it for many many years.

The car wasn’t in great shape and by that I mean it had hidden damage from previous accident. They did not want to lower the price after finding this out. Went here due to great reviews but not a great experience in the least

Artem was AMAZING in helping me get my new Audi (which is in perfect shape!) This lot specializes in used luxury vehicles and the way they care for them is obvious. I’m so impressed with everything I’ve seen and the amazing service they’ve provided. Being in car sales myself— I’m absolutely amazed. I would recommend Prime Auto Solution to anyone, anywhere!
