I had these guys refinish the front bumper on my 2010 Saab 9-5 Aero. Came out flawless. They did an excellent job! The paint matched the rest of the car perfectly. I will definitely go to them again in the future.

found Madrid Auto Body on market place, sent him pics got a quote via text. took it to him same week got all major rust on my roof repaired and painted. The work was flawless and the paint matches perfectly. This family owned business has my business and should have yours as well don't waste your time shopping around you'll be glad you went with Madrid Auto Body.

He’s had my car for close to 5 months now, at first it was just a engine swap, then he just starts to ask for more and more, it’s been 5 months now, and at this point he’s just not wanting to work on it, he keeps saying it’ll be ready next week and it’s not, doesn’t return messages, generally bad experience. Advise against going to him, my family used to bring him work trucks but they realized he just doesn’t care to do a good job. Disappointed, at the time of writing this he had another excuse and I still haven’t gotten my car back. If there was a 0 star I would do that

Bad experience, would advise to not go to this shop, cheap isn't good sometimes. It's been close to 5 months and he just keeps pushing back my car, went in for an engine swap and then he started with more and more was needed, I went along with it, but now there's no excuses and it's been 2-3 months of him just pushing back my car saying it'll be ready next week but it's never done, there's always an excuse, family and friends warned me of going to him but I didn't listen, I advise you stay away and go to someone reliable that wants to work and will be punctual. Overall experience bad, doesn't reply, doesn't seem to care for customer experience, isn't in a hurry to work.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Took my car there with a warranty issue. Told them it was under warranty and the paperwork was in the glove box. They told be the problem was not covered and charged me full price. I trusted them and paid, then reviewed my warranty to discover that, yes, the problem was covered. Buddy, apologized profusely and stated they would make it right. Well, multiple phone calls to him, week after week, kept getting the run around. Bottom line is that he did not keep his word. Never made it right or even offered anything. They not only lost my business for the 3 cars I own but will not get any referrals from me. In fact I will go out of my way to tell people not to go there. Very dishonest business. They will be nice to you to get your business but at the end of the day they are NOT ABOUT SERVICE. Avoid!

I found "About Service" online while looking for a shop to get a MAXXSTAK 2.5" lift installed on my 2015 GMC Denali pick-up truck. I lived 40+ miles from About Service, but I decided to take a chance and have them do the work. My installation was scheduled, and performed FLAWLESSLY! I elected to wait for my service to be completed so that meant I ended up spending 2.5 hours in their waiting area, drinking coffee and reading. While there, I have to tell you, I witnessed an operation that I would consider to be beyond reproach. Both Mark and Buddy were like few other proprietors I have seen. Their customer service was incredible. I listened to Buddy spend about 20 minutes on the phone with a customer trying to talk them OUT OF a $6,000 repair. Yes, you heard that correctly. Buddy literally went out of the way to convince this customer that they did NOT want to spend that kind of money on their vehicle, which was clearly not worth such an expense. Most repair shops do not do such things, and it was truly refreshing to witness. Beyond that, I admired their caring interactions with their customers over the time I was waiting for my vehicle.To wrap this up, I really wish that About Service was closer to my house. I would love to be able to conveniently use them for all of my vehicle service needs. THEY ARE THAT GOOD!You won't go wrong by taking your vehicle here for your repair work!!!

Had a issue with my brakes. Parking brake was the first issue. Then spending close to 1800 at another shop replacing rusted brake lines and telling me the rear pads were gone. Also told me parking brake worked. So after driving truck brakes got dangerous worse. I replaced front everything. I also replaced parking brake. And it works now. Was told my dangerous brake issues was due to upgrading pads and rotors. Finally Gary was called in to the rescue. He actually trouble shot my problem. It was a issue with my ABS to the rear. Replaced part and everything works. Thanks Gary.

About service is not about customer service atleast not anymore. I had a similar poor experience recently like other reviewers. The issue is with the new owner. He had no patience, was condescending and wasn't shy to give attitude. He also wouldn't explain issues because he "already explained" and argued petty details with us. What sucks is my car was running worse after I got it back, owing them a thousand dollars and it took them 15 days just to replace injector connectors (which of course he made it sound like they were impossible to get and shipped from somewhere in Kentucky). Also, he acted like we were causing his whole shop to go under because the tow truck guy didn't park on the street until we got there, he then proceeded to drive my already rough running car quickly as if in a hurry to get us out. I'm glad I decided to take my car elsewhere, I saved atleast a thousand dollars and it only took 1 day to get it repaired by a mechanic who specializes in my car and was recommended by my auto club. I could have saved time and money by doing a little research first (lesson learned). It seems this place must still be living off the good reputation of the former owner. Even if they're mechanics are trustworthy, having to deal with someone that treats customers in this way is just not someone I want to do business with, especially when there are so many other places to take your car.

It's very hard to find honest mechanics these days I Took my 2015 Hyundai there I mean Wow! Buddy and Mark were completely amazing they took great care of me and my car they kept me informed at all times and there honest about what needs to be done they also went ahead and provided me with all the diagnostics that are needed to be serviced on my vehicle they then went step-by-step and showed me what parts are damaged on my vehicle ABOUT Service is amazing honest STAFF and mostly professional thank you buddy and Mark for the amazing experience !!!
