Never have any issues, excellent customer service. Switched all my family's medications over. CVS and Walgreens were a nightmare.

I have never met someone so disrespectful before . I think his name was Cameron moshtaghi but he was extremely rude and offensive . I will never be returning here again. People BEWARE! Don't set foot in here !

Phone number not valid, through many different channels finally got ahold of someone and when I asked them to transfer an Rx to a CVS, they said OK and told me it's done. After waiting for the call from CVS I went to speak with someone and they had no idea what I was talking about. Ugh ...

Closed without notifying customers. Called to refill a med and got a pharmacy from out of state saying Palomar is closed. How inconsiderate !

I have been going here since 2013, and I used to get excellent service free mail and home deliveries. Recently, they have been horrible to reach on the phone (very long wait times of over 20 minutes, frequent hang ups while waiting). Also, they no longer have mail order deliveries and home deliveries are no longer free ( cost $5.).

I have been going here since 2013, and I used to get excellent service, free mail and home deliveries. Recently, they have been horrible to reach on the phone (very long wait times of over 20 minutes, frequent hang ups while waiting). Also, they no longer have mail order deliveries and home deliveries are no longer free (cost $5.). To make matters worse, I kept calling on Tuesday, July 11, 2018 for a medication that I desperately needed only to be repeatedly put on hold, and my call was repeatedly hung up. I ended going in person only to find the office door locked. When I saw someone inside, I kept knocking on the door until someone FINALLY answered and said they were closed for good (they were packing up everything). I convinced them to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. If I hadn't gone there in person, all of my prescriptions would have been lost and I would have been out of my medication that I desperately needed. I have NEVER heard or experienced such unprofessional treatment!! I can't believe that I didn't get some kind of notification in the mail, by phone, so I could have made other arrangements before their closing for my prescriptions. Even my doctor was very shocked by the unprofessionalism of this pharmacy. I would have given this pharmacy a ZERO rating if it had been available.

Bottom line ..they suck! I work in the same building and so does my cardiologist. Went in at 5:02 pm (after work) and their sign was lit up "OPEN" so when I walked in they looked disgusted! I said "hi, I work upstairs and my doctor ok'd my prescription" their response was "we're closed"! "Ummmm your neon sign is all lit up and says OPEN!" The pharmacist "we have to go home!" "Our systems are down" I told them that it is my BP medication" that did not matter to them because "they have to go home!" Do not give them your business !!

Superb service. Extra easy transfers. I have several meds, had them all transferred from another pharmacy. They will also anticipate your time for a refill, call and ask if you need it, and deliver it same day. Sadie is priceless.
