Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, spending a lot of time to breakdown our options for a fridge replacement to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Compared to reps at other stores, Tony clearly has decades of expertise, even knowing the specific code numbers of many different models by memory. Thank you!

I would like to give a shout out to the folks at Pacific Sales in Escondido, especially Chris Graciano with support from Chris Blaine in the plumbing department. We started our renovation project and were looking to replace everything in two bathrooms and had shopped several places before going to Pacific Sales. What we found was friendly expert product support offered with great patience as we worked to make dozens of decisions. Finally, Pacific Sales pricing was favorable to the other stores that we looked at before deciding on Pacific Sales.

We were in a bind when our washer broke. And Tony was so helpful when we came in to look for a new set. He was great at explaining the new washers and features and helped set us up with delivery and haul away. This was a pleasant experience. Everyone here at this location was so helpful we walked out with some much needed new plumbing fixtures as well. Thank you to the team at Pacific Sales.

I rarely ever write a bad review, but this place is terrible. It's been a month and many calls, and our problem is still not resolved. We got a subzero fridge/freezer from here but one of the parts arrived was wrong so they couldn't complete the installation. When the problem occurred, they told me that they ordered the correct part right away. However, after 2 emails and 4 follow up calls in the past month, they keep our money and we still haven't gotten the right part installed. Each time I call, I get a different sales person each time and each person had told me that the part was already there, they need to check it and then will call us back to for an installation date. Unfortunately, there are never any call back. The store manager wasn't helpful either and did the same exact thing. We already paid for it and are not getting any support from them, and I am not really sure what else I can do besides writing this bad to warn others.

We were very happy with Tony. We came in to replace all of our kitchen appliances in our new house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful even after delivery. He was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted to have in our kitchen now and after our remodel. Ask for Tony, he'll help you find exactly what you need.

Tony Coffin showed me all the refrigerators explaining the difference and prices for each one. He explained the price, delivery and return policy for the refrigerator I chose. I am very happy with his help and my purchase.
