I went to see my mother last Saturday and I went in to leave her some clothes and I saw her bed is horrible, the mattress is a sponge like a badly laid crib.

My mother was a resident here. It's goten worse since it was bought out by a big corporation. They refused to take her back from the hospital they sent her to. she died at my house. cost me four times as much to hire caregivers. It was terrible watching her waste away and slowly die of cancer. They wanted me to pay for three months rent despite not allowing her back. Beware involuntary transfers and unfair agreements. Once bisness can't make money off someone they try to dump them.

The office staff at oak hill are very rude and disrespectful. They seem to have staff screen calls. My Brother N law is there and isn't to happy. They serve soup to patients every day. Nurses seem to be fine. Please be Aware of the office staff (Bree) not nice, thinks she's better then. "NOT"

A friend of my mother's is being "taken care of" here. She has been physically attacked by other inmates (people can come and go as they please, apparently), had her cash stolen, and had her possessions thrown away on a whim. I'm looking into reporting this facility because they do not care about the well being of their clientele. This might not be the norm for everyone staying at this facility, but the stories I hear are horrible. Do a detailed walk through if you are considering this place for your loves ones.

I've always found oak hill a clean place. It seems as though the staff is concerned about the residents.

Expirence was horrible . i went to apply directly at the spot and the female manager was very Disrespectful and very rude . negative environment was the worst expirence i have had.

The week my father, Clifford Favorite passed (Jan. 8th), his wedding ring (that he wore everyday for 59 years) went missing in either Vista or the Escondido area. The ring is a white gold band with an inscription of my parents initials and wedding date inside: "MCF CJF 12/26/59". If found - PLEASE add a message here and I will message you back. The family is heartbroken it is gone. Thank you, Brian (Cliff's son) ALSO: Oak Hill staff are caring, helpful, organized, clean and comfortable. Everyone were very authentic and caring during a difficult time. Highly recommend.
