Brought a car in to sell after going through the kbb.com site. Had a very good experience with Nick Sylvester. Very professional. Courteous. Transparent. Was aggressive on pricing. Best experience I've had in getting a used car appraised to sell to a dealer. Would recommend trying them if you are trying to sell a car (even if you aren't buying another one).

BS artists of the worst kind. They brought me 40 minutes from my house with the done deal and when I sat down to sign the papers, the payments are almost double the price. Don't waste your time here a bait and switch house

Service department did a great job fixing a very difficult problem with my truck. They made a mistake on billing and after raising this issue they happily fixed their mistake. Tony was a pleasure to work with in regards to repair and Kyle fixed the mistake with no hassle. Would def go here before Carlsbad service any day.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid. I kept waiting for the typical dealer tactics and games but they never came. I kept waiting for the numbers to change or a fees to be added but it never happened. Adrian, the finance manager was great and added no pressure, only offered products. Nathan was my salesman and he was great. Very down to earth and helpful, he even helped figure out how to operate the tonneau cover lol. Overall, it was a very stress-free experience and I would recommend North county Buick Cadillac GMC for your car buying experience.

Our visit was 3/24/24 at about 12:45pm for reference. We are looking to purchase a new car so thought we'd stop at 3-4 dealers today to start our shopping and purchase experience. First and foremost, don't let the name fool you. If you want a GMC you are good. Cadillacs are a bit different story. Yes, they have a reasonable number of cross-overs but only 2 sedans. And how do we know they only have 2 sedans? Well, we saw the CT-5 V when we pulled in (beautiful) and after walking around that we were curious if they had any more. My wife walks into the showroom, walks past the receptionist twice, who couldn't be bothered to look up from her cell phone, and saw the other sedan in the showroom. Adding that to the model in lot makes two. So, self-service dealer with lackluster customer service. My advice, find another dealer, even IF you're looking for a GMC truck.

One of the rear tires locked up while I was driving my 2020 GMC Denali 75 miles per hour on the highway while my son was next to me, it could have been a catastrophe! it took the dealership over 10 days to figure out what the problem is, I spent half of that period without a car while I was arguing with them to get a loaner. When it is all said and done, I got my car back with squeaking noise and when my wife asked them about it the dealer repair representative shamefully stated, "we didn't tell you about it because we didn't think you like out pricing". Never buying or recommending buying a GM Motors vehicle. GM customer service choose not to do anything about it.

I recently had my 2023 Escalade in for service and felt "up sold" to. I ended up paying close to $1000 for some service that the advisor had recommended. After speaking with another mechanic, they were like you didn't need to perform that service on your new Escalade. Lastly I will add that months ago I brought my Escalade in for service on a warranty part and it has been months and still no update whatsoever: I left a voicemail last week and no call back. Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to where I live but I may have to just bite the bullet and drive further for better client care and service.

North County Cadillac’s customer service is great. I had my car towed in because the power steering was not working. Turned out there was a live rabbit inside that chewed up some wiring and took a ride to the dealership. They took care of the repair and got me on my way within 24 hours. The rabbit now lives in Escondido instead of Ramona. ?

Great experience!!! I tend to avoid the "dealer" at all costs, but I had some extended warranty work they needed to do. I was very pleased. It was a great experience. Great communication. Easy drop off. My advisor Larry was wonderful. He took good care of me and my truck. They took care of the issue promptly and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Thanks for the great service!! I have a much better view of the "dealer" going forward!! Thanks again. Ron.

This place was fantastic! Smoother car buying experience we’ve had. We bought a 2021 CadillacEscalade in perfect condition and a great price tag!Anthony was great to work with. We didn’t spend the entire day there, we were in and out in less than 3 hrs!! Such a smooth and stress free process it was so refreshing!Everything was awesome!! We absolutely love our new family vehicle! Best place around the Escondido Area!
