This is a great place to pick up parts for your car and pretty much everything else. They have a large selection of specialty tools as well. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful. They also have some of the harder to find cleaning and detailing supplies. When in doubt, call them, and they will look it up for you. Also, the quality of their name brand after market car parts is just better.
There is a small parking lot up front and street parking as well. This store feels tucked away in a quiet part of Escondido. There is also wheelchair accessible parking right up front and is accessible easily on the first floor front door.

Bought a (passenger car) tire pressure gauge here for $10 since I lost mine. They dont have the digital ones here, just the original ones. Nice employees, clean, organized store.

I had purchased a part from Napa Auto about 3 weeks ago and they returned that same part, even though I lost my receipt! It was a $70 purchase. Smart choice on their part! ;););) This is why we shop at Napa Auto Parts; CUSTOMER SERVICE! Way to go Napa!!! I will be back!! Nick M.

upon arrival, the counter person was helping someone else with a battery warranty/fitment issue, said he couldn't do it. Got a manager and the manager was pretty rude to the guy. Customer was clueless, but should have treated him more professionally.We came in for a radiator cap for a piece of equipment, not a car. Without the year make model of a normal car we were dead in the water. Ended up looking up the part on AZ website and giving the part number to the counter guy.They had it in stock. Two stars. Thanks.

Pushy sales guys tried to get me to buy a $50 hose when the $10 version worked fine. Gave me song a dance about why I needed to spend more money for the same part. They tried to mock me in front of my kid by calling me cheap and laugh at me by putting inferior parts on my car. Clowns. Won’t go back to this Napa location.

Jason provided EXCELLENT service and I received my new battery via delivery faster than getting a pizza delivered. He followed up with a phone call and when we came in a few days later for something else he went out of his way to locate what we needed and again, provide amazing service! Five stars for Jason!
