I have been going to Kim for pedicures for many years. Kim is professional, skillful, and unfailingly considerate. I would not consider going elsewhere.

I have been going to Kim for pedicures for over 15 years. She is the best I highly recommend her to everybody. Her prices are reasonable, and she's a very nice person. Who knows what she's doing.

Kim gets a brand new customer and insists they write her a good review as she’s doing their nails. I didn’t know her at all! How can I write a honest review? She doesn’t know how to take an acrylic nail and use it to pry off old nails. I was shocked! I’ve never met a nail technician who didn’t know how to do that. She thinks you can just keep applying fill powder at each appointment ….FOREVER! My nails turned out so thick and clumpy. When I mentioned this she was rude and insulting and tried to blame me! She gossips about other customers and their dissatisfaction with her amateur services. She has no ability to do nail art, (such as painting flowers), but excuses that nail art attracts young girls who don’t tip. LOL! She seems like someone just learning the business. Beyond amateur. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I get acrylics done by Kim and she always does a great job! You can tell she has years of experience, and always provides top tier work.

She's the only person I asked who would accommodate my 100year old grandmother with alzheimers. She's the only one who did not force my grandma into like, the position they want the client to be in. She was gentle, did not over file or cause my grandma pain, and she did a good job. Grandma's nails were pretty wild and unruly when we went there. And she charged us a reasonable price for grandma. We got a regular manicure, nothing extra. But I am noting that she had the equipment necessary to meet grandma's needs, and not force her into a chair, pull her hands into position, etc that most manicurist do. She never told her to stop moving or to cooperate better, as some manicurist do. I really appreciate her for that.

I’ve been with Kim for over 10 years. Usually pedicures but some manicures as well. Kim gives absolutely wonderful foot and leg massages with her pedicures. Both pedicures and manicures hold up very well and look great.
