Glad to pick up this facility for a repair. The work done by them was flawless and they had good communication. The only caveat was their coffee machine for customer wasn't working on both occasions I visited, haha...

Had a great experience with this place. From beginning to end Jesse was so helpful and made sure I was happy with the details on my car. I called him often and he was always available .Kody was also great .I would definitely recommend them.

I had a horrible experience with this place. I was told (lied to) by Nissan Collision employee J. Stalcup. He told me that my car would be shuttled up to the Collision Center from Mossy Nissan (I assumed on a flatbed), instead, Mr. Stalcup himself DROVE my car all the way to Escondido from Mossy Nissan without my permission, wasting my gas and putting wear and tear on my car! He even pushed my dashcam up and away from the road so that I couldn't review the video of him driving my car, which tells me he probably drove my car pretty hard and didn't want me to know. I also noticed that he had rifled through my glove box and center console - it was pretty obvious.Stalcup was friendly in the beginning, but once my car was up in Escondido he was definitely not friendly anymore. Seemed like he had a Jekyll & Hyde thing going on. He wouldn't return my calls, and when we did speak, he was constantly treating me with the utmost disrespect. This guy was constantly cheeky with me, whether by phone or in person. I came into the shop one day to pick-up my car, and when he saw me walk in, he lifted his head back, let out a big breath and moans "uhhhh great" then rolled his eyes, turned and walked away. I just find it hard to believe that Mossy would hire someone of such poor character, absolutely no integrity and zero people skills. This guy pretty much ruined all aspects of my experience with Mossy Collision. Hopefully he doesn't work there anymore. If he has left Mossy, I'll bet it was due to an integrity issue.In addition, the body shop itself did a horrible job fixing my 370Z. I had to drive my rental car all the way up to Escondido multiple times wasting more gas, and my time. Not to mention the driving distance, it's about a 30-minute drive from SD (about an hour both ways). Each time I was noticing things that they missed, and thus wasn't able to take my car home. They totally failed to repair or replace my rear bumper cover twice, because they kept screwing up the installations, and not checking their work.During those two installation attempts, the technicians kept chipping paint off both sides of the bumper cover during install, right where the cover meets the panels - and this was on two separate install attempts, all the while being told (lied to) by Mr. Stalcup that my car was ready to go. Clearly, they do very sloppy work. I'd say quality control, integrity and professionalism are all seriously lacking at this place.They offered to try again for a 3rd installation attempt, using a different bumper cover, but I just couldn't take all the hassles anymore. The repairs to the missing paint chips on my bumper were still not completed. So, I ended up taking my car away from them, and took it to a local body shop here in SD. The shop in SD completed the job perfectly, insurance covered, no missing paint chips. I sure wish I had chosen the shop in SD from the get-go. What a nightmare experience this was.

TLDR: WE WERE ROBBED BY THE EMPLOYEES HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!This place is a joke. Absolutely a horrible place that does not deserve your business! Our vehicle was in a collision and we took our car here for same-day turn around service. We dropped off our car and came back later on for pick up.Upon pick up, we drove off and my mom realized she needed something from the trunk. We pulled over, opened the trunk, and saw the whole back trunk was ransacked. We were robbed of cash, lottery tickets, and completely violated of our privacy. All our belongings in the trunk were turned over. Gym bag completely trashed. They even went as far as opening up the toiletry bag to dump out face creams, lotions, etc. to look for something.We went back to report the theft and basically were brushed off. Mind you, the work done on our vehicle was for minor scratches on the outside fender. Cops were called but since the business was about to close, we had no choice but to leave it to tomorrow. This is an on-going/active investigation. But in the mean time, AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Their employees are a reflection of their business. The way they handled this situation is pathetic, and don’t deserve a dollar of anyone’s business- cause they would steal it regardless. Crooks and thieves here. BEWARE!

I picked up my vehicle at the Mossy Collision Center in Escondido after it was repaired a few days ago. I was so impressed how well my vehicle looked--clean/polished, and more impressed on the ride and function from all the evaluation and then adjustments they had to do from the electronics and settings--and air in the tires! Very through! Steve was a great Captain/worker with the talented technicians/staff, and has expert information/experience in this field. I wish they would open a maintenance shop!

It is worth reading my review to avoid a bigger and more expensive problem in the future. This is the first time I have done a review and I'm doing it so that no one else makes the same mistake that I did choosing Mossy Collision Center in Escondido. Almost 4 years ago November 2019, I had a vehicle accident and I took my vehicle to Mossy Collision Center in Escondido for repairs, the repair cost were over 8,000. Some of the repairs were the air conditioning, radiator, headlights and more. Months after the repairs, I began to notice that the air conditioning cooled when it wanted, I took it to check with them and they told me that it was normal because it was new but that little by little it would work normally, and I believed them, months, years went by and never worked normal, but never had the time to take it back, do to my extended work hours. After almost 4 years and for health reasons and due to the high heat temperatures, I had to take the car to be checked at another repair shop that was NOT the Mossy Collision Center in Escondido and to my surprise when they were inspecting my vehicle, they told me that the air conditioning compressor didn't work and possibly the entire air conditioning system has been contaminated and damaged, they also noticed that the radiator has a small leak and that the front left headlight have to be replaced because the water is filtering in. When they told me that I couldn't believe it since all that and more was replaced by new parts less than 4 years ago and it should be possible for them to be damaged so quickly, my vehicle has no more than 55,000 miles and it's from 2016, that tells you that I don't drive my car that much. That day I went to the Mossy collision center in Escondido to see if they could give me an explanation and as I expected they told me that a long time had passed and that they couldn't do anything since the warranty was for one year only. I know I can't do anything about it but what I can do is post this review because I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. So I'm doing this so you don't go to this repair shop since it's not reliable, and I wouldn't want another person to go through what I'm going through, now I have to repair my car and pay again, this happened to me because I trusted people, and to think that I believed that Mossy Collision Center of Escondido was one to trust. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND I HOPE THIS HELPS. S.A

Terrible, Very Unsatisfying service recently. Long time ago it was great after my car got hit 2x on the rear by another driver, Now, awfully ridiculous. Bring back your vehicle a million times for them to fixed what was missed, there's something that's still gonna be off from their service. I rarely leave comments like this, yet, it is overwhelming and too much to understand anymore. After they busted my battery for holding the vehicle for 2 months and I had it taken care of by Roadside assistance that charged for a service. Brought the ticket for them to make a copy to get reimbursed, they still haven't paid me back and bumper that was replaced is quite hanging in the cloud. Coming off from where it was attached, apparently, they did not fixed it accurately regardless of the fact they got paid a lot of $$$. Brought your car to get fixed, and of course, expectations should be well polished and kinda look brand new. Nope, there were still some white paints on the black lining of the window. Then, service desk personnel was giving an excuse and reason he was out for a week and couldn't follow up status of my vehicle. Like you got no Manager in charge who can communicate to customer's waiting for the status of their vehicles while you're out on personal leave. That's why they're Manager/s they're responsible when staff is short or one person is out, they replace person not available nor present at work to fulfill open responsibilities that needs to be filled temporarily. This is What a total waste of time and $$$.

Dave is fantastic. He made sure my car was fixed completely and persevered through some difficult situations. Along with Kurt, the manager, he and the staff were courteous, professional and results oriented. My car came back as if it came off the lot brand new. Thank you for all your hard work!
