I had a delightful experience with sales associate Maggie yesterday. I was looking for a particular plant and they had many in stock. She made sure I got the "best" one and everything I need for a good start. This will surely be my place to go. BTW I found the price very reasonable.

As always our experience at Moon Valley Nurseries in Escondido when we recently purchased replacement shrubs for our property was outstanding. We appreciated the exemplary help and guidance of Faithe and are pleased with the excellent stock that was available.

Went to Moon Valley in Escondido and Maggie was able to help us out with exactly what we needed. She took us on a tour of the nursery, showed us the inventory of the trees we were looking for, and helped us load up. Can’t wait to come back for all of our landscaping needs.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Moon Valley, start to finish. We worked out a landscape plan with Maggie at our first visit. She was amazing. There are thousands of plants and trees to choose from, and she took us in the cart and was patient with all our questions and changes in ideas, and showed us absolutely everything that was an option for our needs, over two visits!. We ended up purchasing about 35 plants and trees and just had our planting on the 16th. Communication for scheduling with Michael was perfect, email and phone call follow-ups. Antonio and his crew were on time, hard working, patient, and very professional. They did an amazing job with planting and cleanup! Looking forward to doing future business with MV!

? The best sevice ever!!!my team was phillip in the office and on site even came on his day off..that's amazing service. My driver was Antonio so knowledgeable and such a hard worker..Cristian Diaz,Juan De Leon, Jose Marcial, Jose Rodtiguez!!!A+ 5 STAR INCREDIBLE .

Just had them come back out again and plant more trees. Antonio Martinez and his crew are awesome!
They may be more expensive but their service and guarantee makes it totally worth it!

We needed some privacy from our neighbor for our new home. We bought some large ficus trees to create a screen as well as a beautiful acacia tree and two avocado trees. Gabe was very good about working within our budget while also finding some large and beautiful trees. Luis led the team the planted the trees. He was very professional with a deep knowledge of the trees and planting techniques. We will go back for whenever we want larger and higher quality plants.

Just wanted to say that Phillip (Sales and Design Manager) and Luis and his crew (Delivery/Instillation) did a GREAT job helping us find and install the perfect tree for our home project. Phillip was wonderful on the sales side, and Luis and his crew were very conscientious to put the large tree in straight and left the planter area where it was placed looking as though nothing had been moved. Great professional work; I want to thank Phillip, Luis, and your whole team for doing such an outstanding job!!! Thanks.

Moon Valley nursery has excellent people and great service. They replaced palm tree after it died despite being 6 weeks past the warranty. Both managers Adam and Anthony are prompt and organized. They were joy to work with. And let me give a six star review for Clay and his hard-working team that delivers and does planting. I had a difficult location behind my pool in the corner of my lot with a big king palm. Clay was masterful in working with his team on a hard placement. Your great service is much appreciated. I seriously tried to use these guys, but had a very unimpressive experience. I could not make sense of their prices. But I tried further by going in to see the trees in person. My contact wasn't available so he connected me with his "manager". What a disappointment! This guy knew nothing! He did not know the difference between species and made stuff up as he went, using Google in real time. But just to top it off, the guy was sick with what sounded like covid or bronchitis! So after exposing me to his virus while on the cart, wasting my time with his lack of knowledge about anything, I walked back to my car disappointed again. And now I am coming down with something, probably caught from him. This experience was unprofessional on so many levels, I give up!

Highly Recommend. We had a great experience throughout the whole process which ran the gamut from selecting appropriate trees (from a wide assortment), all the way through delivery and planting. Cody E was awesome walking us through every step of the way. He was also on site to make sure the placements and plantings went according to plan. Communication and follow through was excellent. Will definitely be repeat customers.
