Fast, easy and very fair. I’ve received a full video of what’s going on with my car and they could actually charge me for alignment, since I setup the appointment for, but since I needed to change my tires first, they automatically cancel alignment until I get my new tires.

Really dreaded having to go to ANY dealership to buy a new car based on my past experiences not being very favorable, but this time…WOW what a positive, smooth, even joyful experience. Our salesperson,Joe, was amazing from the beginning to the end of the process and then even after that. He provided all of the basic information and then took the time to point out some other special features of my new MINI. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and friendly which made me feel very well tended to before, during and after the sale. The whole team was kind and friendly as well saying hello and working together with each other. I can honestly say my experience with Mini of Escondido was THE best experience I have ever had and would recommend them to everyone.

A couple of rebates offered to me weren't put in the contract went back the following day to void old contract and write a new one and I should of gotten a full tank of gas only got 1/4 tank other than that it was a good experience.

The service department has decided to take a dump on customer service today. The service attendant tries to over charge my wife on removing a lug nut while disregarding the original appointment reason then lying about the entire process.
In addition out of spite, the mechanic purposely over tightened(well beyond torque spec) other lug nuts that they knew we would be trying to service ourselves later. Truly an unprofessional vindictive experience leveled on us. Honestly hope you get your just due in the name of what's eternally right.
Who's to say, these guys haven't sabotaged the vehicle in some fashion at this point given the animus?
Despicable.

I had a negative experience with this dealership when my daughter expressed interest in a Mini Cooper. Despite having a pre-approved check from my bank (NFCU) and being ready to purchase the vehicle, the dealership informed me that I couldn't take the car home for two weeks because the check needed to clear first. They informed me after a deal agreement. This was surprising to me because I had used pre-approved loans from my bank twice before and was able to take the car home the same day. When I questioned this policy, they attributed it to PENSKE rules. Disappointed, I left the dealership and stopped by an Audi dealership, which is around the corner and also part of PENSKE, where I received a different explanation and was able to make a deal and drive away with a new car and my daughter loves it. This was my worst car shopping experience ever!

Absolute worst service. Lied and made me drive 2 hrs to change the price on me. Not friendly and no etiquette. Do not buy a car here.
