I actually worked there. And when I had Metro account. I know I got my phone one year in August. And they could not bring up my account. I don't like this company. I don't like them as a customer and I don't like them as an employer. I want to call E.E.O.C. ?

MIchelle was SO helpful in answering my questions over the phone that I decided I was going to switch from Cricket and purchase solely from her. Days later I was in store and she transferred my info over seamlessly.

I'm so tired of d*** people. Have had many problems with the staff because frankly they are mouth breathing d**** This last time they wouldn't help me because I wasn't going to wear a mask as per California law. So if you enjoy low IQ people making mistakes and requiring you to do things against your rights this is the herd of sheep for you. Moving carries , I'm done. Bye bye dummies
