Very helpful and super quick service. Woke up yesterday to my tire being flat, called Mercedes to get my tires replaced (as I was due for this anyways), Trevor got me in the next morning and I already have my car back. Easy and pain free experience.

I will never buy another car from another dealer! My husband and I got 2 cars within a few months from Cameron. It was the easiest experience and by far the most professional sales person we have ever worked with. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Brian was a stellar salesman! He leased us our first Mercedes Benz and helped us from start to finish. He was able to get us the spec we needed & within the budget we allocated, all within less than 6 hours. I’d highly recommend him for any lease or purchase of a Mercedes Benz within the Greater San Diego area.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle through Gilbert. He was very kind and calm- not pushy at all. He helped us find the car that we needed even when it wasn’t at the dealership and he drove it down for us from LA the next morning. Jamal, the sales manager, was also wonderful and willing to work out a deal for us that made us happy. I highly recommend this Mercedes dealership if you’re looking for a luxury car in the Southern California market.

Working with Victoria was great! I was a little upset at the battery cost, especially the cost of labor for a battery. And then I got upset because I’d received a brake pad and rotary service special for $125 off, but it turns out I would’ve had to get it both done which would’ve probably been an astronomical in the $125 off would’ve been just a drop in the bucket if any at all.Other than that Victoria is a great service advisor

Traveling 41 miles from San Diego to Escondido was totally worth it. I been searching for my car for the past 2 weeks all over San Diego and I finally founded the service was looking for in this location. I recommend Mercedes of Escondido 100%. Gilberto was extremely patient, courteous with a positive attitude, he answer all of my questions. Bryan was very knowledgeable & informative when showing me the car. David took his time reviewing the agreement with me. I could a car in any dealer but the staff that works here is what makes this dealer the best and different from the other 2 locations I have visit in the past. There is no better Mercedes dealer in San Diego, the service you will get here is definitely top of the line and reflects what Mercedes is in its whole. Thank you.

Jonathan made my first dealership car buying experience so easy. He was wonderful to work with, got back to me right away about the car I wanted being available. Drove down and he had the car ready to go when I arrived. Everyone who helped me out answered all my questions and was able to make this purchase as smooth as possible. Love my new Mercedes!

The care of Mercedes of Escondido is of highest level of professionalism and great respect for their customers. They went above and beyond to take care of all of my vehicles issues and customer needs. Knowing their personal involvement is always available we continue to keep our loyalty there. Thank you to Lance service Manager for not giving up on issues that were quite troubling. Again, always a pleasurable experience.

Both my 22 CLA45 and 20 C63S had exact same looking damage after service at Mercedes. CLA45 was the first I noticed that the front driver side had damage and I couldn't figure out how it happened so had it fixed by AJ Wheel Repair out of my own pocket. 1 year in everything is holding up fine. Come the C63S's turn for service I noticed the same looking damage on two of my rims now when I got home so I definitely now know where it happened . Mercedes of course denied any wrong doing but still wanted to help so they had their recommended wheel repair guy come to my house to fix the issue. End result after 2 days letting it dry was terrible. Come 4 months the repair paint is wearing off revealing silver paint in an area that was never damaged. After all this, my conclusion was their car wash rails damaged the rim. Please take pictures of every angle of your car when you drop it off for service in case of things like this so you have proof.

Overall the worst service experience I've ever had anywhere. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light, and here are a few lowlights from my journey:- Upon arrival to drop off my vehicle a group of service managers were in the corner watching a video on their phones and didn't acknowledge me at all.- No loaner was provided even though reserved through appointment calendar- Had to call two days later for status when told I would be called the next day- Part not in stock, rep didn't check for local supply and had to wait almost 3 weeks, still no loaner provided.- Was told vehicle was ready for pickup , came the next day and it wasn't had to wait an hour after being told it would only be 20 minutes.All the work was covered under warranty thankfully, but there was zero communication during the nearly 3 weeks the car was in service. For future needs I will gladly drive five times the distance to another dealer for any future needs. With other options available I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should you.

MB Escondido provided an excellent service to my 2021 GLA250 a week ago.Justen set up everything and took my car and provided a loaner promptly. The loaner desk prepared the car in a timely fashion and the staffer was courteous and friendly. The mechanic team efficiently identified the issue and presented it effectively with a video review.When I was to pick up the car on another day, Justen was off and Les, upon my cold call, put everything in place quickly.The entire service flow went smoothly and everyone was professional, courteous, and willing to help. A pleasant experience. Thank you to all at MB Escondido!

Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional Conduct at Mercedes of EscondidoI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Mercedes of Escondido that has left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning the professionalism of the dealership. Despite placing a significant down payment on a car and being assured that it would be held for me, I was shocked to discover that the car had been sold to someone else before I even had the opportunity to finalize the purchase.My disappointment begins with the lack of communication from the dealership. I made it clear that I was serious about purchasing the car, and I provided a substantial deposit as a gesture of my commitment. To my disbelief, the dealership failed to uphold their end of the agreement and neglected to inform me that the car was still available for sale.This failure in communication reflects poorly on the integrity of Mercedes of Escondido. As a customer who had already invested time and money into the transaction, I expected a basic level of courtesy and respect. It is both unprofessional and disheartening to see a dealership prioritize short-term gains over customer satisfaction.I would caution anyone considering doing business with Mercedes of Escondido to be wary of their commitments. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the dealership's reliability and customer service, and I am now forced to seek an alternative solution for my automotive needs.In conclusion, my interaction with Mercedes of Escondido has been nothing short of a disappointment. I had hoped for a smooth and transparent purchasing process, but instead, I encountered a lack of communication and a disregard for customer loyalty. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the dealership to reevaluate its practices to avoid similar situations in the future.

Though I wasn't able to purchase a car from here, the process and assistance given made me wish I was able to! It was so top notch that I decided to still leave a review despite leaving with nothing.Jonathan Sudano was the Sales Consultant assigned to me when I reached out about buying a vehicle on their lot. He was very communicative and was willing to answer any and all of my questions. And trust me, I had a lot. His responses were clear, detailed, and prompt. Whether it was looking into the history of the vehicle I was interested in, requesting prior service information, providing information regarding questions of the warranties provided, or the various potential workarounds and financial options we had on hand, he was there, patient, willing, and ready to answer everything and provided logical resolutions to some of the hurdles I was facing in the process.Something people need to understand is that you need to walk into a car purchase with realistic expectations and goals. Out of this world expectations won't get you into a car. And if you can't get into a car with those expectations, you're likely looking in the wrong price range in the first place.Reason for that being said, I laid out my situation very clearly to Jonathan, whether it was what we would be able to handle in regards to financing, and what we would be comfortable with. Sure, we could get approved for a great amount and get thrown into a car, but Jonathan understood there was more to it than that, as was able to listen to my situation and my requests. He was very willing to help and goes the extra mile to see what he can do to get you into the car you're looking at. (He even offered some rideshare options, free of charge, as it was one of the hurdles I was facing at the moment)Though someone beat us to purchasing the car we were looking at, Jonathan is still communicative in keeping a lookout for what we're interested in. It's all the collective small things he has done for us that have made a huge impact in our experience.If you're looking for something at this dealership, look for Jonathan Sudano. He's sure to take care of you in a respectful and logical manner. Hope one day to do business with him and the dealership in the future!
