“I enjoyed my experience at the store. The quality of the jeans was superb and I like them better than Levi’s. The Lucky Brand “Vintage Straight” Jean were my favorite fit and I really liked how light and stretchy they are. The customer service I received at the Escondido store was even better. The two female employees helped me pick out the perfect fit jean and were very patient with me. I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future.”
“I was trying on a variety of clothes and the man working the dressing room was absolutely amazing. (His name might've been Octavian but I'm horrible with names). He helped me build a whole outfit. I ended up buying way more than I originally came here for, but it made such a great outfit I can't complain. I would've never mixed and matched those pieces of clothing together on my own. I used to use a personal stylist at the Macys in UTC, but she recently retired, I wish I could hire this man to shop with me everywhere he was so helpful.”

“Accessibility: no specific handicap parking but there are always parking spots available in front of the store. I am not sure if there is a ramp to get up to the sidewalk though..maybe down in front of another store next to it, but not in front of this one. Experience: this was my first time coming in this store and my first impression is that the items inside are much nicer and high quality than what's displayed outside. That's understandable since no one wants people stealing things outside, but the stuff inside is WORTH stopping by and coming inside. They have truly beautiful cowboy boots, shoes, nice short-sleeve and long-sleeve shirts, belts, shoe and boot cleaner, hats (sombreros), bracelets and more. This store is a really cool place to buy western wear and I highly recommend. The prices are a little bit up there, but anything nice will be at any store; these are great quality items for average or maybe cheaper prices. The man inside working was very welcoming and kind, encouraging us to check things out and ask questions if we needed. This was a wonderful surprise as many other stores treat women differently but this man was so kind and respectful. Please come by and shop local!”
“Keaton is outstanding in his line of work ? ? he has helped me since April of 2024 at this store and a lot longer at the Oceanside department he's always been super consistent with his Attitude; behavior; and choices he has helped me make like custom made shirts with white colors and white wristbands I look the cleanest on the college campus I'm fresh to Bangladesh since he's helped me with slacks in total I have bought 5 dress shirts 5 slacks 3 ties two pairs of dress shoes black and brown leathers to my foot width because I'm big foot and he continues to help me just yesterday I went in and he "the man" Keaton helped tailor my dress shirt and black slacks and ranged me up, Properly. He is just the absolute greatest when I walk out the store the happiest vibes the carry on with me to my future destinations would not be possible for the mere fact Keaton works at this department store in Escondido. Tha is again Keaton see ya soon I can't wait to get the rest tailored to your best view. Also I'm excited to order more custom made shirts.”

“I had a shipping problem where my post office had sent my package back to allegiance. Due to the busyness of Christmas we had finally figured out where the package was. Allegiance takes great pride in taking care of their customers and making sure that they are happy at all cost I have been buying my clothes here from when they first opened in Temecula mall. They have the best shirts in the business. The quality is second to none. Thank you for all your help. Will be a loyal customer for years to come.”
“Helpful and Honest I came here because I was in need of Dickies. Not just any kinds, specific colors and model numbers. They had the shirt, they had the pants and I wasn't sure if the cargo pants were the right cargo pants. What I had listed was cargo pants with a brand number. I couldn't find the brand number but it was listed as cargo pants. I spoke with the youngest guy working there and he wasn't sure. He checked with someone else and then checked online for me. What I was looking for is the industrial Dickies cargo pants that they don't sell. He showed me how to find them online and I appreciated that. Most places might be lazy and just try to take your business since your paper says exactly what they sell, which was cargo pants. Going above and beyond saved me from issues later and so 5 star service. The prices aren't bad and lower than most of the places I'd look. I just need to be frugal right now and get the best deal but I'll be shopping here in the future.”

I came in here to get four pairs of jeans that I use for work, the staff were very friendly and helped me find the right jeans I needed, the prices here were also very fair. All in all I will be shopping here again in the future and I was very impressed with the service.”

“I went in today with my sister and I was serviced by a sales associate Celia (from Massachusetts with Jordan 4s). She gave the most stellar service and she made sure we were taken care of when we were trying stuff on. She asked us right away if we needed anything and got us a fitting room and made sure we were doing okay. She even got different sizes for us if some of the clothes didn't fit, and in case they didn't have the size we needed in the store, she brought us the size that would fit us in a different style so we could order it. We ended up ordering different sizes of Levis and denim shorts based on the sizes she brought us and the styles she recommended. The clothes we brought home fit like a glove and we loved them! She gave excellent suggestions and provided great service overall. Honestly, I was impressed with the department store service provided in a retail store like Tillys, she was really on top of it and friendly. I would recommend HER service 100%.”
“I do love H&M. I always find clothing I like here, and they sell casual as well as suits and dresses. The men's section is smaller than the women's but it's all really nice looking clothes. The one star docked down is because I wish they had more sustainable clothing. Fast fashion is something I hope dies out.”
