If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Jose Madrid is excellent at his job! He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. They fixed my 2005 Ford Mustang and made it look like nothing ever happened. I was also especially impressed by this place because they are very affordable and efficient. I originally went to Fix Auto right down the street from Madrid Auto Body because my insurance recommended them but Fix Auto deemed my car totaled and tried to up-charge us by saying they needed to replace parts that were barely damaged instead of repairing them. When I saw Madrid Auto Body’s reviews I decided to try them and I’m very glad I did because they were $1,600 cheaper and had much better customer service. I would go to Madrid auto body for any auto body work. I got my suv dented door fixed with them, and they were very honest on the best way to fix it and got it done way cheaper than other body shops who quoted me a fortune

This place went absolutely over and beyond what I was hoping for. I originally got a quote for a dent that had been there for months due to OVERPRICING by other auto body shops and I refused to deal with them so I felt utterly saddened and accepted my ugly car forever. Until I came to Madrid and they gave me a stunning quote, a bit later a large gash on the same fender appeared and I decided to was time to take my car in as the dent was cursing my car and obviously my good karma could not cover my cursed dented car. So I brought my car in, they fixed the entire fender for the same price, painted it beautifully, AND EVEN WASHED MY CAR! My car was so beyond clean and smelled amazing, I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes driving home with my stunning car that looked brand new and shiny. I HIGHLY recommended this place and if you have the opportunity to meet Theo at the front desk you’ll be in for a real treat! He is kind and very efficient, he goes above and beyond for his clients and I can keep going but this review is pretty long at this point… BUT in conclusion Theo is wonderful and Madrid Auto Body deserves your business! These guys are legit. I spent weeks running around looking for someone to fix my car at a reasonable price after an accident and Madrid Auto Body took me in same day for repairs. Fair prices and great service. Definitely going back for anything my car needs!Service: Body & Trim

Great work and amazing prices. I have been coming here since my first accident. They had only been open 6 weeks. I have seen Jose and Christian and their father Sr. Madrid raise a healthy, thriving business. Much like seeing a nephew come of age.Its 45 min from me and I will only go to Madrid.

I just picked up my Honda Pilot and I am so pleased with the work. Jose is a real craftsman. My 11 year old (2011) Pilot had serious sun damage to the hood and roof. It made my car look beaten up. Jose painted the hood and roof, but he also shaded the paint from the hood to the wheel wells so that the new paint did not stand out. The color match is perfect. The price was excellent. Jose also found a guy to replace my cracked windshield at a great price and he shined up my foggy looking headlamps so they look new. He also washed and wiped down the inside of the car. I felt like I was driving a new car home.Services: Painting

I have gone to Madrid Auto Body several times to have body repairs done. These guys have been amazing each time. They get the job done fairly fast and they are able to match colors perfectly!!! Jose is a pleasure to be around. His sense of humor and professional demeanor make me feel like family :-) If you are looking for auto body repair I'm certain you would feel the same. This is the second time I have taken a car there for body repair. The process is so easy and affordable with outstanding work. Call, they tell you how much and how long - drop it off and all is what's expected but at a cost far better than anyone else. Oh and they vacuumed and cleaned the car as well! Madrid Auto Body was recommended to me for my 2001 Taurus. José scheduled me right in! The headlamps, fender and bumper were replaced/repaired and painted perfectly! The car was back to me in 4 days! The very good quote estimate was the same as the final! Highly recommending this business.
