I came in on a very busy day and Jenny was working solo. She helped me find exactly what I needed, was so sweet and helpful and made sure to help everyone that came into the store and was very very knowledgeable and attentive. As a manger in retail I was so impressed!!!

I came in to get a gift card for my girlfriend and Sammy suggested that we should build a gift for her instead. She pointed out a bunch of mini products that they have and some eyelashes too. She even wrapped it all nice so I didn't have to. My girlfriend ended up loving everything, thank you so much Sammy for helping me!!

I've normally had a bad experience at any MAC store or counter, don't know if it's bc they think I'm not a makeup pro or what but last Friday I went in with my mom and had the BEST experience with Maritza! She was very thorough and even helped my mom match her foundation! She was alone in the store but never failed to acknowledge someone new walking in letting them know she would be right with them. She knows her stuff and I would definitely be coming back to see her!

Came in this store on Wednesday, grabbed my one item and waited at the register to pay. I waited for ten minutes for a store employee to show up so I could pay and leave. Finally an associate showed up and began to ring up another customer who had not been waiting. She then looked at me and said "There's still one other person ahead of you." Ahead of me? I'm at the register ready to pay while someone else is still shopping around the store, but they're ahead of me?! Complete garbage. I sat the item down and left and will never be back. The store manager needs to have a talk with their employees about customer service, if they even care.

I went to the north county fair on June 24th 2022 there was a young lady in there by the name of Sam that's what she goes by and she was the most loving kind understanding patient employee and I have ran into for a very long time especially with the pandemic she was helping little kids with a scavenger hunt she was taking care of me she had a smile on her face from ear to ear and you could tell it was genuine we need more people like Sam thank you for your service and I hope they treat you well where you're at because you deserve the best. Go. Go now and ask for Glendy!!!I went with my nieces to get some last minute Christmas stocking stuffers. We were greeted by Glendy who was equal parts attentive and gave us space to do our thing.BUT THEN, I asked some specific questions and Glendy worked with us for 15 minutes to customize everything to our needs. She helped us feel comfortable and did a fantastic job sanitizing things so we could sample different products. She asked our names and encouraged us to try products and taught us how to apply them. She was a gem. By the end of our shopping trip, I felt like we made a new best friend and spent the remainder of the afternoon gushing about her to the family.Later that night the family went to dinner at the mall and my neices and I wanted to go see Glendy and get personal makeup help. We walked in and Glendy greeted us enthusiastically and remembered my name. I explained that I had had such a good experience that I would some tips and help picking out my own makeup. And I tell you not, Glendy did just that. I wish I didn't live 900 miles away, because I would go in every week. What an amazing woman with a wonderful heart and fantastic talent.Go. Go now and ask for Glendy.

Very friendly service, although like many businesses, MAC seems to be running their operations with the bare minimum number of employees post-plandemic. Very grateful that this location has better hours than Fashion Valley and much friendlier girls. The store (and online) seemed to be out of a lot of their products that I was able to find in other retail stores.Unfortunately, I don’t believe I’ve ever been to a MAC store and had my makeup done well. I usually walk out with the “moons over Mami look,” with my face looking much lighter than the rest of my body, giving me a pale, sickly look.

I had wanted to get false lashes to highlight my eyes in our holiday photo session that afternoon. I made an appointment at the MAC store in the North County Fair Mall with Glendi. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of what looks good. Not only did she do a great job with my lashes, she also made up my eyes as well and met my tight time frame deadline. She was very nice and calm. All the products were top of the line. The store was nice and clean and up to current protocol standards.Thank you Glendi!

I've been to this location quite a few times and the girls are always helpful and sweet. Today, I called to locate a foundation that to my surprise has been discontinued so I've been on a hunt for the last of them. The store manager, Jenny, was absolutely amazing. Not only did she have one left that I was able to pay for on the phone & shipped, but she went as far as helping me find other stores that still had my foundation left so I could stock up before they go away completely! I was beyond grateful and appreciative for her awesome customer service and patience with helping answer all my questions as well as getting my products! Thank you so much girl!
