Went to the kitchen department to enquire about extending cabinets with a brand they stock. The lady was incredibly rude, very clipped tone and unhelpful. Went to their competitor with the orange signage, the lady there could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I guess Lowe's don't need business with this attitude, where did simple courtesy go?

Been to this location many times over the last few weeks, and Alejandro in the lumber dept and Sergio at Pro checkout have been awesome! Both are very friendly and knowledgeable, and last week when I had to get approx 10 boards cut in various sizes, Alejandro was so patient. Much appreciated!

Forget going to any other Lowe's, or Home Depots for that matter! I told every worker I encountered that they were the friendliest and most helpful store ever! I've been a homeowner for close to 40 years, and I am blown away by these employees! They value their job ! I was greeted by Georgia, and she quickly processed a return of mine. I asked her for help in finding a mirror and tiles, and she directed me to the aisles. Every time I got into an aisle, there was a worker nearby who asked if I was finding everything I needed or if I needed any help. One nice man help me find new electrical outlets. There was another nice man in the tile department who complimented me on my choice! Even though we live in Fallbrook, if we need some items, we will be headed to this store in Escondido and then have lunch at Four Tunas!

Lisa and Caesar just blew me away with their kindness and willingness to help! I came right away to write a review because it's not common to have such outstanding customer service these days and those two individuals literally made my day 10x easier.

I am not a social media person, but I am so upset that I need to blow off steam. I ordered an LG tower with a 5.cu washer (which seems to be the major issue) from Lowes on August 26, 2023.I am Awestruck that two Large company's LG and Lowes cannot get 1 properly constructed washer/dry tower delivered to a home in the course of 3 and half months. Now Lowes tell me it's going to take an additional 2 months to receive my LG tower.!!! How do they stay in business?? I have made many calls to Lowes to find out why my order keeps getting delayed explain I had no washer and dry and was taking my clothes to the laundromat which if you haven't been there in a while, it is costing me $8-12 a load depending on the machines size. ( I do about 5-6 loads of laundry a week. 5 loads at the average $10 for 15 weeks is $750. (my water and electric bill are nowhere close to this) and a day pay approximate $380 I am already out $1,130 waiting for Lowes to deliver a machine that I have almost finished paying on and haven't received. AND they want me to wait another 8 weeks which equates to an additional $400 in Laundromat fees!!! LOWES expects me to wait until I have paid the cost of the machine in Laundromat fees and pay them for the machine too!!! DOES THIS SEEM RIGHT???? The last customer service person was so blasé saying there's nothing we can do that's just the way it is. She wouldn't even get a supervisor involved. I guess it's ok for a large corporation like LG and Lowes to give bad service with no repercussions. It seems they are so big the little guy doesn't matter. Hate to break it to you but I matter. Covid has made you lazy, we are two years out of the pandemic, and I know my employer expects me to be at work and fulfil my requirements. If you need more people, then you should hire them!!! I want to know how LOWES and LG plan on compensating me for my out of pocket costs and the emotional distress every time they fail to meet their promised date??? I am at the end of my rope and Lowes should give me a curtesy call and help me understand why this is happening or better yet, GET ME MY MACHINE!!!!READ BELOW FOR THE FULL STORY OF INCOMPETENCY I ordered an LG tower with a 5.cu washer (which seems to be the major issue) from Lowes on August 26, 2023. At the time I was not told it was a special order and I would be at the mercy of Lowes vender. I was told my machine would be delivered on September 10th. I called them 3 days before the delivery and asked if we could move the delivery date to the 14th as I was having tile put down in the laundry area. The replied with no problem they would see me on the 14th. On September 13th they contacted me and said that they did not place my order because it was on the same invoice as the dishwasher I purchased from them at the same time. (I received the dishwasher after Labor Day) So Lowes proceeded to close out my original order and reinvoiced the order of the LG Tower on September 15th with a delivery date of September 25th. I received a texted on the 24th saying my delivery window was between 8 and noon. I was very happy about that so I took the day off to wait for my machine. IT NEVER CAME!!!! So, I am out a day pay and a vacation day NOT HAPPY. I called to ask why they would send me text if they weren't going to deliver it and they told me the Tower never came from LG the reason I got the email is that the hoses were in and ready for delivery. REALLY!! What good are the hoses going to do me without a machine???? Then I was promised the machine on the November 7th, After I called LG and found that they were shipping it out on the 3rd. Evidently it never got to Lowes warehouse because it was a no show again (I didn't take the day off) Then they said it would be there on November 26th. A machine did arrive at my home, but it had a big dent in the back and when the delivery people say OH NO this may not work when we install it. Nice clean store with nice fresh merchandise. Customer service was atrocious. I was walking around for a half hour, kept asking people for help and they were almost a little on the rude side and of course nobody came over to help me so I just left. I'm going to just stop at Home Depot first from now on

i'm sure we'll still be here for home improvement stuff but i absolutely will never buy an appliance and install here. I ordered a dishwasher on 9/11 on 9/20 i got a call saying dishwasher and hose arrived and whoever they use to install called to schedule delivery and install. i scheduled first available for 9/25. The man who came to install checked out my dishwasher and said he couldn't install it because my current dishwasher didn't have an air gap hose or the dishwasher hose that my receipt showed i paid for (was supposed to be delivered with the dishwasher). I asked this man if he had the equipment to install the air gap and an extra hose since my receipt shows I bought one. This guy literally said "no you'll have to hire a handyman." and left the dishwasher in my entryway. I went back to lowe's to buy this stupid air gap and pick up the hose that he did not pickup when he got the dishwasher. what is the point of hiring Lowe's for installation if i have to make multiple trips (picking up hose that should have been picked up when installer got dishwasher) and for picking up an air gap hose for the handyman i had to hire for this ridiculous piece that the lowe's installer was too lazy to install. Will absolutely never buy an appliance here ever again. What a pain in my butt.

We've been shopping for window coverings and went to the Lowe's in Escondido on Sept 8th. We talked to nice customer service rep about the type of cellular shades we wanted. They had several brands and some were on sale. The rep suggested that we have the windows measured. She said it would cost $35. I asked if the person would bring the books of samples and she said "yes", so we agreed to pay the fee. When the guy came to measure, I asked about the samples and he said he only does the measuring. He said other customers have asked the same question. He said we would have to look through the books in the store. We went back to the store today, Sept. 16th and at the service desk, explained what happened. I told them we were told we were paying the $35 for a measure and to look through the books at home. Since that didn't happen we asked for a refund. I was told that they'd "talk" to the rep who gave us the wrong information, but we wouldn't get our money back. If we wanted to take any of the books home, we could rent them for $25 each! Talk about adding insult to injury!! I realize $35 isn't a significant amount of money, but if the guy who came to measure is hearing that other people are being told the same thing, it could add up. I feel like I've been scammed.

One-star is way too many for this Lowe's. Customer service is non-existent. The last several times we have gone to Lowe's, employees seem to be more occupied with avoiding customers in need of assistance, ignoring customers at the check stands while they carry on their own conversations and then you have to wait until they finally recognize you have been waiting and hoping to make a simple cash payment for one item and leave. They don't listen to the word "cash" and instead direct you to the pay by card only machines. There is only ONE cash payment lane. ONE. All the rest are pay by card. And there is no sign that says Cash Only lane, not that anyone is ever there. We are done with Lowes forever even thought they are about four times closer to our home than Home Depot. Don't waste your time or patience at this store. Go to Home Depot where the prices are lower, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable , and you get friendly and helpful service at the checkout counters. The Home Depot in east Escondido is better than the west side Home Depot.

Both employees at the paint service center today around 2pm need work on customer service. The lady's attitude is the main reason for one star, she was unhelpful and didn't seem to care. First, didn't acknowledge that I was waiting even when she finally approached me. I had to be the first to engage, giving me a look that can only be described as a teenagers look when their parents want something. Even after that, she was unable to help me at all, she made it seem that I was a waste of her time even though it took them two people just to hammer down a paint lid.

I'm here all the time. I should get a loyalty discount lol. When you get a fixer upper house you are gonna basically live at a Lowes or equivalent. Great store that has everything you'll ever need.
