Cheapest storage I could find in Escondido under $100 for 5'10' unit in 2019. It's a father & son owned & +1 operated, super old school in the best way. Their policies are reasonable, grounds kept clean & in order, didn't experience any fire or flooding during the year I was there.
Honestly I wish they had smaller unit so that I could continue to rent space from them.

I have been using their facilities for a little over a year now. Old-School and Family Oriented, The Units are clean. The surrounding area is kept up and clean. and they haven't once raised my Unit rent! Unlike "those other people" They aren't trying to rip off their customers.

Clean facility and friendly staff. I've stored my stuff here for years and will continue to do so. I'd recommend this awesome "mom 'n' pops" place over any of the other guys any day!
