I am very disappointed with Klein Electronics. I recently purchased some DRIFT Single-Wire PTT Earpiece CURL 1-Wire PTT Earpiece USBc from them for my business to test out. The earpieces were very fragile and broke easily within a few days where the usb connects to the phone. Half of the time time the buttons don't even register when we PPT. I tried to return within the reasonable timeframe of using the product, not due to any misuse on my part.
I contacted Klein Electronics about the issue and requested a full refund. They were unhelpful and refused to honor my request claiming that it was my problem for the the poor quality.
Their products seemed to lack durability, and their customer service was not helpful in resolving my issue. If you're looking for reliable electronics and a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Their products are cheap pieces of junk, over priced and very poor quality. Bad customer service on warranties. Look elsewhere.
