We love our CSA box from J.R. Organics. It is a great value to receive a variety of produce and everything tastes amazing, you can really taste the difference with their fresh and organic products! If there is an item we know we won't use, we swap out the item for something that we will use. Or if we are traveling/have too much food we cancel the box for the week. We highly recommend, even though there is some extra washing/cleaning work at home, the freshness is definitely worth it!

We always love the produce when we've bought from the farmer's market, plus Mike and the team are just genuinely decent people. Just started receiving the CSA box and it's absolutely beautiful. Couldn't recommend more!

For someone that grew up on a farm and we grew our own vegetables, fruit, herbs and had free range chickens for eggs and milked our own cows for milk and butter I was excited about this place now no longer living on the farm. I am so disappointed and angry at being treated like an idiot - seriously - the purple/orange carrots seem cool but are like bullets and have to be cooked to death to eat and the worst is the celery - it is so thin, spindly, stringy and bedraggled - it's not pleasant raw in a salad or as a snack or in a soup. I used the leaves for flavoring soup and chucked the rest out. Such a complete rip off sadly.

Today i went to the farmers market in Leucadia and one of your Employees Steven sold me the large strawberries for $15 when I heard you guys charge $10 also he did not tell there was a 75 cent charge for using debit. I noticed a few strawberries were moldy when I got home. So when you buy things be careful that you don't get over charge like I did.

They grow the best vegetables I have ever tasted. They are super fresh and flavor packed. The moment I put the first piece of spinach in my mouth was literally life-changing. I never knew veggies could taste this good.I also love the variety. They’ve always got the largest selection of any farmer at the Mar Vista Farmers’ Market.

This is a farmer I see our local market and I can't recommend their stuff. I've often found it to be rotten inside and, depending upon who is running their booth, it's like dealing with a used car salesman as they try to upsell you or overcharge you. And their people are really rude if you try to push back. There are better and more honest farmers at the market.

We've been getting the Big Box every week for about 8 months now. It's amazing-- the fruit and veg are so fresh and delicious. We got to tour the farm in july 2022 and learned that most food in the box gets picked 24-48 hours before we receive it. Wonderful people, wonderful food. This is our 4th SoCal CSA and the best by far. We are so lucky to have JR Organics in San Diego county.

By far the best veggies I have ever tasted. J.R. Organics showed me what veggies should taste like and helped me transition to a vegan diet. Before getting their CSA box and tasting their spinach and beets, I never would have thought it possible. Thank you Farmer Joe and the whole Rodriguez family!

If you want the best tasting, safe & best variety then go and get their fruit and veggies (and even flowers)! I've only trusted JR ORGANICS for 23 years and I'm a HUGE fan!

I am so happy we found J. R. Organics. Best strawberries I’ve ever had. Honestly, all of their produce supersedes anything offered at traditional stores. I appreciate that they are dedicated to growing organic and the online system is very easy to learn and use. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. Also, we love that you have an option to swap if something is too ripe.

We purchased 20 pounds of the most beautiful Kirby cucumbers. We decided to go and pick them up at the farm. What a gorgeous drive. I highly recommend their produce. Everyone was friendly and great to work with.
