  I purchased the MITY Go-Box from Impulse Electronics from their web site. I was personally contacted by Marvin (owner), who clarified what connectors and optional equipment would best suit my particular needs. The Go-Box is well-engineered, and its build quality is excellent. I will certainly shop there again.

  I've never visited--and never will--because my simple email inquiry about a product was completely ignored. What they don't realize is that this inquiry was a test of their customer service before I began to shop there. They FAILED, and I've taken my business elsewhere.
