I tried to post this review on the Better Business bureau website, but this business is not BBB accredited.
Wanted to share my substandard experience purely for the purpose of transparency & hopefully to push for improvements to their existing policies and workflows to prevent similar situations from occurring with future clients.
If I would’ve known what I know now, I would not have chosen Craft automotive.
This company was recommended through my car insurance for repairs. On a positive note, the dent/scratch to my car door was finished in a timely manner.
First inconvenience: I was told that my Mercedes would be repaired in about a week, however they did not inform me at the initial visit that the specific part for my damaged mirror would take longer to arrive.
Communication is key.
Second inconvenience: I was informed that my car mirror arrived and scheduled an additional appointment to bring my car in. Upon arrival the staff realized that the incorrect part was sent based on the VIN number. The job still was not completed.
Third inconvenience: I was again informed that the “correct” mirror was ordered and scheduled another appointment. Upon arrival I was told that again, “the incorrect part was sent by Mercedes.” Lets be better- double, triple check that the correct item was ordered prior to letting the client come in.
At this point my car wasn’t fully fixed for almost a month. Wasted time for an incomplete repair job. I requested to take my car directly to a Mercedes Dealership to order the correct part. No issues with the Mercedes dealership. They were able to get a mechanic to complete the job on the first visit.

Craft automotive has helped us with three separate accidents that ranged from minor to major repairs. They have been professional, the repairs were impeccable & timely. They went to bat with the insurance and have a solid reputation with many insurance companies. They even returned our vehicle polished and clean inside and out,

I’ve gone here a couple times through insurance and they are amazing. They have a smooth operation and a shuttle to the car rental place. They work with you and do amazing work. My van looks like a brand new vehicle now. Very professional and quick.

Craft Automotive is the place to go! It was recommended through our insurance and had a good reputation on Google and Yelp. Decided to go with them and I was not disappointed. All the work was done as needed, and it was done quick best of all!! I definitely recommend Craft Automotive for your collision repair needs!

HUGE shout out to Craft Automotive for the amazing job they did putting our Tundra back together again!! It looks better than before our daughter's car accident!!Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs, but they also handled all the details with the adjuster and insurance taking that added stress off our plate.We couldn’t be more grateful for the attention to detail and I am sure that anyone who uses their services will be just as happy as we are!I don’t wish a car accident on anybody but if you ever find yourself in need of an amazing body shop, definitely take it to Craft Automotive …. hands down a five-star experienceServices: Painting

Shon and Jose were fantastic to work with from start to finish. After being told that my car was too high risk (merc less than year old) by a well known repair company, I was a little nervous i wouldnt get my car repaired. I went back to my dealership and asked for more recommendations. This is a small business who care about their customer experience and quality service. Communication was top notch. They kept me informed almost daily and were just super easy to work with. Thank you guys!

Craft Auto is great! Sean was very helpful. The repairs were done in a couple of days and the fuel leak didn't show up at my smog test. Other mechanics weren't able to figure it out. I will definitely use Craft Auto again. Thanks, Sean.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

If you see a one-star review from me, disregard it! It was my mistake. I didn't think I got a warranty but I did. The work Craft Auto did for me was great. My car no longer leaks fuel and the problem no longer interfered with my car getting smogged. The work was done in just a couple of days, the price was affordable. I'm very grateful and will definitely use them again!

They installed my catalytic converter two times. Both times it was perfect. Last time they did the fix super quickly. They also washed the car, it was nice. Everybody was polite and nice.

Shon and his team went above and beyond in making sure I was involved and aware of every step of the process. He helped me get my car back on the road extremely quickly despite being more needed to be done after disassembly. They were able to paint match the metallic paint on my Ford Mustang Mach E. He was able to coordinate with the local Ford dealership in getting parts quickly. I went through Progressive insurance and would highly recommend Craft Automotive if anyone has Progressive or a Ford and is need of repair work. Overall great service and great work.

Craft did great work with my car. Came back looking good as new. Sean even took the time to work with my insurance company so I wouldn't have to rush back to the rental place and shop in afternoon traffic. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back if anything ever happened again.

I'm very pleased with their customer service and ease of fixing my cracked Tesla windshield through insurance. Jose was very helpful and attentive. They were able to accommodate my car next morning when Amato's was fully committed and other garages were booking weeks out. I highly recommend them!
