If you know anything about flowers you will be very well advised to stay away from here. If you know nothing about flowers then it doesn't matter if you buy your flowers at Vons trader Joe's or here. Except here they'll be less fresh than at trader Joe's.

Don't order from this place your better off going somewhere else in Escondido. Ordered flowers to be delivered and I was very specific to the kind of flowers & colors I wanted. They got the wrong color roses and the bouquet was mostly green leaves and stems. Never got a call back or an apology or anything. Bad customer service they don't care to keep their customers happy they just take your money for their basic arrangements.

Don Chuy never lets me down, he always has what I need and he doesn't mind having to wait a few minutes after closing to serve his customers. He is the best florist in Escondido, I have been buying from him for years.

Walked in and asked for some information on flowers. The person who was working there did not want to help us since she was working on flowers for a wedding the same day. Did not give us any information on flowers or pricing. Rude and bad customer service. I don’t recommend this place.

Bad customer service. Showed up at open time and had to wait for the owner. Finally comes out and i simply ask for the prices and he tells me to pick one out. I pointed at 2 and he got frustrated and told me “WHICH ONE” He could’ve simply said “well it varies by price what are you looking for?” But he was not helpful. The shop was small and lacked variety.I ended up driving down the street to another florist with a greater selection.

This is the only place I buy flowers from. The owners are super friendly, and you can't beat the customer service. You always feel like part of the family when you walk in.

Not the one who ever writes bad reviews but I feel like this really needs to be spoken on, "we" as my mother and I ordered arrangements for funeral services. We paid a delivery fee, to get out flowers delivered from Escondido to Oceanside. The person we made the payment with took the address and times the flowers should get delivered too, they guaranteed us our arrangements would get there on time.The day comes we get to the place where we needed our flowers arrangements and the arrangements aren't there like we agreed on, I call the flower shop and they start giving me a million excuses as I'didnt pay the delivery , the the men in that store are the rudest he had the audacity to tell me to calm down when I was calmed he talked to me he like I messed something up or as if I wasn't clear when I made my order. If you orderFrom here make sure you make confirmation calls to remind them i know that isn't your duty as client but so this doesn't happen to you too. I won't ever be coming back or will I be recommending anyone to them.

Went get something for my daughter the owner seem to be under the influence of some sort off, very rude, I wanted a balloons when he check under the counter he couldn't get up and I had to help him physically get on his feet when trying to inflate the balloon he wasn't able to aim the opening with the gas tank he asked me to help and she. I told him he was out of gas he yelled at me terrible experience save your money

Accessibility: there is very limited parking outside. This may be your biggest issue. But getting into the store from the parking lot is all paved, flat ground. The store owner speaks Spanish and English. They accept card and cash payments.Experience: this floral shop has beautiful flowers. The ones I bought (see photos) cost 22 dollars. In my opinion, this floral place costs less than others I've been to. The store smells so nice, like flowers, but the only critique I have is that after I paid for them, the man sprayed perfume on the flowers without asking if I wanted that, and wow the perfume smelled so strong and gross. I had to roll my car windows down when driving away to not be breathing in that perfume. Next time I would make sure to ask him not to spray it before I buy them.
