I booked an appointment online for 6pm. The next day I received a text saying my appointment is confirmed for a different time slot, so I called the office. I spoke to Audrey and she told me she didn’t see anything on her end, but the 6pm time slot was open. Audrey then confirmed my appointment and I didn’t receive any other notifications. I show up to the office and it was closed. I called another location to see if they would take me in, but they were booked. I explained what happened and she said on her calendar it shows the felicita location closed at 5. I understand the hours of business aren’t always accurate online, but I spoke to someone in the office and they confirmed with me. I made arrangements to be available for the appointment and no one had the common courtesy to give me a call and reschedule. Very disappointing.

The people at h&r block made it very easy for me to get my taxes filed. They removed all the stress and anxiety I had regarding the situation and I will definitely be returning next year and many years to follow.

Edward Garcia was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. He got my taxes done in no time, which I was surprised about. I thought I'd have to drop off the paper work and come back, but he got it all done. And he's a real nice guy too. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful also. I'll be back next year! Thank you!

Value for my money. My H and R tax pro spent an hour and a half with me and I was actually pleasantly surprised when the fee came to $255..I was really expecting it to go over $300.

Larry is so wonderful to work with! He really went that extra mile and I'm sure he does that for every client. Everything felt so easy and calm, he took away the stress of dealing with the IRS or making any possible mistakes. I have never laughed while doing taxes but he made that happen!

Have used H & R Block for many years and always get good service. One time, the agent was having difficulty in doing a rather complicated return and referred us to another agent who was even in a different office. The agent this year asked for advice from another agent in the office regarding an IRA rollover that was not done properly. I really appreciate the honesty when there is a problem.
